Well if you really practice an elevator pitch with "Have you heard of our savior Magical 2nd Reich Goddess who does this and that..." you'd probably get a smile or two back on a street corner.
The only REAL chance of finding more people is via bigger exposure as the manga & anime hits the decks with bigger splash down the line. And even that is reverse, interested people stumbling on the series and offering their help if they have the skills and interest.

Sentence structure can be a bit awkward, but I haven't had too much trouble understanding what's going on since Ch1, so either its gotten better or I've acclimated to the at times eccentric syntax.

It IS however, and absolute fucking ass unless Japanese is your first language.
Carlo Zen (the author) writes competently for a high school or older audience. This means that it's actually on the level of translating a normal novel for people who actually bother to read.
However, he uses more outdated kanji and combinations that aren't easily translated, and his JP use is higher-tier, so it causes translators and second-language readers to shit their pants in fear and/or ass-breaking anger due to how NOT-utterly-simple it is, like most otaku tripe.

There is plenty of death and destruction it's just treated as an expected outcome of war, and Tanya hasn't gotten very closely attached to anyone so at this point I think she would only mourn the loss of talent. Maybe that changes later, it would be cute if she got really friendly with Visha.

Volume 1 is literally covered in less than 1 manga chapter. So extrapolating the ratios, the anime would finish the entire series (WN for the later bits that is) since the moment you do anime or even manga you're not allowed to use up 4-5 pages or 20 fucking minutes on exposition per chapter/episode.
Youjo Senki is worse than Mahouka in transitioning to anime. Just look at chapter 3, the action is sparse and spaced out, mostly used as background noise aside from literally 2 occasions despite the wall of text (the opening battle and the mana storm) while the rest is just Visha and Tanya narrating about other stuff while alt tabbed from the combat.
Manga already shows it's great in terms of showing us pictures, but the amount of content cut basically makes it impossible for non-LN readers to understand even 60% of the stuff going on.

All of this depends on whether or not that allied mage who got downed before Tanya's flight got to the area was Erya. The thing is, the translation mentions the allied mage as "him" and assuming that wasn't a mistranslation on gender neutral words, it means that the mage was a guy.
Which would at least shoot up Erya's chances quite a bit.
I get where that anon thinks about the barracks whore, since she managed to get intel from higher ups somehow. It's one of the two possibilities, the other being Erya is probably more than she lets on, since Visha's narration kinda points this out. She talks throughout the night, she wakes up earlier, she's always full of energy, she has the curves, etc etc. Wouldn't surprise me if she was an agent for X and friends and sent to casually sneak into Tanya's circle eventually. Something like that.
But if we're talking chances, it's probably 90/10 for the whore.

It depends on how they handle it. It's actually a lot harder to go dialogue-heavy in a manga than in an anime. In manga the text takes up actual space on the page, too much of it and you may as well be reading an LN, while anime always has the option of going full Monogatari.
The only thing that naturally goes the fastest in anime is action, which Youjo apparently doesn't have a ton of.

Look at Overlord, it was pretty meh and only carried hard but MUH SKELETON MUH WAIFUS MUH MMORPG MUH GRIMDARK yada yada. It's not like the production values were any good and the amount of clueless people in the threads raised dramatically.
That's Overlord, a series that has like 10x the amount of 'cool' scenes than Youjo and is like half as small. You get what I'm trying to say?

White Fox is doing pretty well with Re:Zero right now so maybe them.
Mad House would be neat, so long as they don't give it the same treatment they gave Overlord.
A-1 would probably butcher it and there's a 50/50 chance that it would look terrible to boot.
Deen has really been on a role lately, so they could probably do the story justice, but aesthetically it would probably be ugly-cute.
Silver Link would be great, so long as they aren't doing two other shows in the same season and spreading themselves too thin.

Based on the manga, Tanya tends to be heavily stylized depending on how her character is acting at the moment, so SHAFT seems like a good choice. I can't think of any other studio that can alternate a character between absurdly cute and maximum edge so well.
