It can, yeah. Though the few times it's happened the hair hasn't snapped off. The big plus about the swiffer is that since it attracts dust into it, you can use a very gentle touch when wiping something down. So, if anything does get caught, you can stop yourself and remove the snag before anything gets pulled, damaged, or knocked over.

What you have is a prize figure. Prize figure are usually figures given out as cheap prizes for claw / UFO machines at the arcades (hence the name). These popular rigged machine usually cost around 100 yen / 1 try or 500 / 6 tries and you might be able to get a prize out after 10 tries if you are skilled (? I am no expert). Therefore, usually these figures are worth no more than $15 to 20 dollars.

There are some exceptions though. Because these machines only stock prizes for recent popular figures, it makes these prize figures somewhat exclusive. Therefore, if a character doesn't have a scale figure (figures that have a scale size like 1/8 or 1/4), and his or her only prize figure sells out then that could drag up the market prize. One example is Koto (Kyousogiga). However, what you have definitely isn't worth more than $15 I believe.

I would read the guide at the top if you are planning on collecting anymore figure or merchandises as that will probably save you some money in the future.
