Well from my perspective, the evidence for Kaname liking Messer mainly comes from how she generally keeps inviting him to hang out. She's notably the only Walkure that actually talks to Messer. Even if we put these moments aside, the narrative as a whole constantly has Kaname and Messer interacting or together in some way consistently throughout the series

I actually think it's funny how some seem to be in such denial about this when as far back as Mission 0.89 came out, pretty much everybody thought they were going to be a pair solely from the nod and thumbs up they gave each other.

Interesting, very interesting actually. I've always had a theory that Freyja will have a ending that will leaves fans hearts slightly broken. This is just a theory, but it's always constantly pointed out in his interviews that he focuses on Freyja enjoying her life to the fullest. I have a feeling she will risk her life at the very end but will not have any regrets because life is but 30 and she loved every second of growing up, and fulfilling her dreams of being in Walkure and feeling like a girl again, rather than someone who has to get married.

This scene will Freyja and Mikumo is definitely a symbol of something much more than what we saw.
