How op would Touma be as a servant in the Holy Grail War? No servant would be able to beat him and he can beat Types. . He has Imagine Breaker, IT/Dragons/ and Precog. Also has S++++ Luck

That's not what EX means. You can't have + on it since the whole EX designation means it can't be quantified in terms of numerical power. On a scale of 1-10, EX is pineapple.
