School Days and Shiny Days are both translated and very good games, although they'll turn your computer into a volcano and crash every now and then. School Days has none of that stuff though - Makoto doesn't seem to even know he's related to Sekai and Setsuna.
Shiny Days includes Mai and Youko from SRV and has a whole bunch of inbreeding related stuff.

The only other one worth playing imho is Summer Radish Vacation (1), but it's not translated. It's still playable with machine translation, but you'll need to know at least some basics of Japanese to get by. It features Shun working at Radish and trying to get into Youko/Mai/Kagura's pants. It also has an enormous amount of netorare - if you go for a girl and don't navigate through her route perfectly you'll have to watch Tomaru fuck (and sometimes rape, and sometimes pimp) her insead. School Days is just one of many games of 0verflow. The main character (but not the main protagonist) is Tomaru Sawagoe. It's a bit more than that, and the way it's executed is incredibly good. Maybe I was lucky because I had no idea that those plot twists were coming when I played it because everyone was too busy harping on about what an edgy game it is. I don't think any simplified explanation I give is going to do justice to it.

Genuine spoilers below. Don't read if you're even remotely considering to ever play it ever.
As you go through the different routes, each time you make it out of the complex you discover that Nemu was behind the entire torture-chamber thing the whole time, and through some unknown technology has the entire student body under her control and that she has your old school locked down as a base of operations. Once you've played through Nemu's route, you unlock the ability to choose your childhood friend Kanae to rape in future routes. After playing through Kanae's route, you discover that Nemu was merely a pawn in a much bigger game and that the entire scenario has been concocted because of a bet between Nemu and Kanae, a bet that Nemu can't get you to hate her so badly that you attempt to murder her in cold blood. That all sounds ridiculous when I explain it like that, but there's enough context provided for it to all make complete sense, and it delivers plenty of emotional impact because of that cogency.

Weirdly enough, I was able to get through all 9 routes of Starless without too much difficulty (I guess Euphoria and Summer Radish made for good preparation for scat and ntr respectively), but I still can't stand to watch that one scene from School Days. I still find that scene more disturbing than anything else I've seen in VNs, and you'd think some of those things from Starless would be.

I guess it's just that the scenes in Starless had a gradual build-up in severity - while the School Days scene was completely out of nowhere - and completely preventable.
