Literally nothing bad was happened in that movie. All the people were still live happily even the sea had submerged their city.

Contenders imo are Howl and Kiki

Howl had a really comfy setting but the war plot or whatever took away the comfy vibe

Kiki's story and setting were both pretty comfy though. Makes me want to move to a chill town and work in a bakery.
