I trump it up to a cultural thing. I'm vaguely remember one of the ways they justified going out of the hospital was that they wouldn't use their quirks to circumvent the rules. The best option for the kids is to get away. Bakugou's presence was a burden for All Might and weakened him this chapter, because All Might tried to protect him. If he is gone with Deku's group All Might can go all out against AFO and use his weakness, his students.
AFO trying to protect Shiggy and his evil gang will be a role reversal of this chapter in which All Might tried to save Bakugou, but was always stopped by AFO.

What? Deku can't control his Quirk and no one uses his Quirk with the intent to kill. He only started to use it recently with Full Cowl. And Deku is allowed to use the full potential of his Quirk since the start, but he can't control it. All the other Quirks will grow with their bodies and more training. He is nowhere close to he or Todoroki right now.

Also I love how this chapter had the villain version of the experienced master buying time for his pupil and his friends to escape. In fact everything about All for One actually being a pretty chill guy is wonderful

Do you mean Shiggy using his Quirk to torture Bakugou? Still the same. In such situations you are supposed to call the police, or in BNHA the heroes. No matter what is happening, the moment you use excessive force against someone else you are in the same category as the person you tried to stop.

And this problem of what excessive force is is much bigger in BNHA because everyone has different Quirks.
Tsuyu tongue slapping Shiggy so that he stops his evil things wouldn't be something so bad.
No.13 sucking up Shiggy into his blackhole and disintegrating him would be very bad.

Because of that you can't have 2 billion laws for every possible Quirk, so you have to generalize them. In short it means you aren't allowed to use your Quirk against other people, no matter what the situation is. Only heroes are allowed to do that.

Bakugou should've got away easily. He can propulse himself with his explosions and is often shown using them to up his speed or even flies. Make no sense that he doesn't do it now.

I just started reading hero academia, and there's one thing that I'm curious about. I know All Might's quirk is OfA, however does he have a second quirk that makes him muscular? Or is that a side effect of OfA? If the second reason is the case, then why would Izuku need to physically train?

The surprise appearance of his classmates was needed for both him and All Might: All the villains got surprised, AFO as well despite him trying to bring Bakugou down and All Might landing a hit on him right there, and Bakugou himself making this fast decision to grab Kirishima's hand which is something he can hold on in the area that is vastly ruined.

It was an escape route faster and more sure than anything he could think of.

And it still looks like you're trying to justify something that's just here to be convenient to the plot. Bakugou doesn't know about any long-range quirk from the villains, and his quirk provides him a way to propulse himself upward and defend himself at the same time.

So, what's your dream BnHA episode? Here's mine:

All Might gets a booty call from Mount Lady to meet her at the Sports Festival Arena. He gets there, turns out it was Shigaraki and Sensei using a voice modifier. All of the League of Villains is there too. They've stolen all of his film collection and they tell him he has to follow all their instructions and whatever happens to him he has to act like he enjoys it. If he doesn't, they will break all of his films and attack the students at UA.

So the next day, AM walks into a room wearing diapers and a pacifier, acting like a retarded baby. All of the League of Villains is there and they give him the hardest, most brutal gangrape in history. As instructed, AM acts like he completely enjoys it and asks for more.

Then in walks that liquid guy from episode 1. Turns out he joined the League of Villains for revenge. He's been eating a special protein-only diet for weeks just for this. He pulls down his pants and partially defecates the longest, thickest, hardest log ever, and proceeds to use it to give AM the most furious ass-to-ass action ever recorded. AM can't hold his tears anymore, but pretends they're from pleasure. It's finally over.

Then Shigaraki reveals the room they're in is actually see through from the outside, and they're in the school arena. All of the students have been watching All Might get gangbanged and enjoy it, and it's been broadcasted worldwide. They finally kick him out of the premises, and break all of his films anyway.

Later, AM runs into Mount Lady, who tells him she didn't know he was such a fag. Eraserhead walks in and proceeds to have passionate sex with her in front of AM, and after he finishes, pees all over him, much to her delight.

After the ending credits, All Might (depowered form) is wandering off on a road in the middle of nowhere. A speeding car runs him over and breaks his spine, but it's non lethal. He is left laying there in extreme pain for days, and finally dies of hunger.

My favorite quirk so far is Black Mists. Anyone have any details about it just in general like distance he can transport? also any details about if he himself is intangible or if he coats himself in the mist?

Probably the former since I can't imagine them undoing the heroic rescue but eh who knows.

What would happen if Eraserhead uses his Quirk on All Might? Does he untransform, or is he just unable to use his smashes?

As far as distance goes, it might be implied he has very long range due to the presumed distance from the UA Disaster Center
to their base. That same arc also shows he hides his body within the mist, that's how he was knocked out by Bakugou
