Seems pretty cozy and relaxing compared to the usual bleak glass/concrete type structure.

for sure kicks extreme ass on the usual cubicle spreads animu studios tend to work in. No dividers/walls makes it a nice group atmosphere and I bet it smells woody/pine-y. Only thing I don't like is the slightly industrial warehouse-looking ceiling lighting. They could have had something softer or cooler-looking, although come to think of it they probably need strong even lighting to keep consistency between frames/animators.

Is it me or does it look a lot like it could a background building from a SHAFT show?
