No doubt there's a bunch of characters missing on that list, probably even famous ones. Those are just the ones who came to mind first when I started taking notes for the idea. If you've got suggestions for who else should be part of such a cross-over, go ahead and throw them in.

Now don't ask me why, but for some reason I always imagine those guys and gals to come together as some sort of “Kansai gang”, akin to the Reservoir Dogs: All dressed in black, most of them wearing sunglasses, and on their way to do some heist or other.
(The girls' attire would be somewhat similar to that of Akane from Psycho-Pass in this scenario, which is to say, basically sporting a skirt instead of trousers. The possible exception being Ukyo, in order to stay true to the way she initially opted to conceal her gender in her own story. On the guys' side of things, the possible exception could be Takarada, who would fit the bill for being Joe or Eddie Cabot, i.e. the caper's bigshot organizers who were wearing more casual clothes.)
However, very recently a drawfriend revealed his own take on a Reservoir Dogs collage (That was some eerie timing), so I guess the concept is basically used up for now? If so, I wouldn't mind switching the concept to Ocean's Eleven or even The Usual Suspects or whatever else can fit the bill for a Kansai gang going for a great heist.
