As others have said, it's not the worst dub in the world, but you should still do sub on the first time through. A lot of the dialogue is just cringey to hear in english.

Honestly, this often makes it better, if you don't understand the language all you can go by is the intonation, which is superior with the japanese VA's.

However once you have learned the language enough to understand spoken moon, you realize how shallow some of the spoken dialogue is compared to the subs. Good subs are often better than the original dialogue. It doesn't help that most anime uses relatively simple moon, so shit gets quite repetitive pretty fast. This is especially true when your mother tongue is English, a language that has a million and one different ways to express the same thing, Japanese has this phenomenon far less.
