Think of it like Dio and Jotaro. Jotaro can move in timestop but only for a couple of seconds. All Hit did was increased the time from 5 sec to 9 seconds. Also Goku didn't really become faster. The animation on Super Shenron looks fine when it's just standard frame based movement.

But when they do the whole fucking drag and drop shit and just tilt and enlarge a still image, it looks awful. It's a shame because if they didn't pull that lazy trick twice during the scene, it would have looked fine. Not good, per-say, but at least acceptable.

Honestly, all this show needs is just a little stage during the animation process, before it gets published, to just fix things up a bit. It's like the animators threw it all together under a time limit and then the episode got released. There's stage in the production where an animation clean-up director or whatever just says ''Oh fix Piccolo's eye here, looks a little odd''. It's a lack of quality control that's causing all the main issues.

How hard would it have been to just draw a few more frames for the Dragon after it does it's circle around the sun, and then cut the scene off there? Why leave that awkward tilting scene there when it looks so awful? There are so many moments where I'm re-drawing shots in my head when I'm watching because the mistakes are so easy to see.
