It's name was a combination of Kaito's 2 archetypes Galaxy and Photon.
So far, Ciphers seem to have replaced Photon so we'll have to see if he still uses Galaxy
Another oddity is why isn't Cipher a maindeck monster like GEPD was in order to maintain consistency.
