Kamikoto is a terrible pairing. Mikoto's feelings, as serious as they are to her, mean fuck all to the grand scheme of things. Hell, her feelings aren't even being used to progress their relationship. They're being used to create a conflict to further the story, in which romance is irrelevant. I can't say that I completely dislike her being reduced to a retarded love interest if it's used to create problems in the story, but the final verdict on that will have to come when we know where this all is headed.
