So can we agree that Diamond is Unbreakable is the best looking Jojo anime thus far? There's nothing left of the old person to reform. Every single part of him left is a different thing. Considering Keicho tried to kill him a bunch, but he just regenerated, it's likely what we're seeing isn't even the original body the Dad had, it's a wholly regenerated abomination.

Crazy Diamond can't bring something back if there's nothing left to bring back.

They didn't have a part counter for Angelo despite it pouring over into the next episode, so it could potentially be the same here. I doubt it though since fuck all actually happens in The Lock except Echoes appearing, so they can manage it fine. Not to mention that Nijimura Brothers ended on Keicho's death in the manga and Koichi talking about Keicho's burial and Okiyasu moving in was at the start of The Lock, so with that out of the way they don't need to waste time on establishing that in the beginning and can jump straight to Koichi running over the 'cat'. That's still 4.5 chapters to adapt but they've done 4 so far in every episode of DiU except the first, so it's manageable. Surface will spill over into 2 episodes though I think, since a lot more actually happens in those 5 chapters.
