He's probably going to be horribly weakened to a state where Guts can kill him as a byproduct of Skully trying to pull Void into a realm of mortality.

He can't. Griffith will literally live forever while Guts will shrivel away slowly with only hatred in his heart; knowing that he will never avenge his fallen comrades.

Guts will travel into literal hell and become lord of death. Then he comes back with an army of skellingtons and wipes the earth of every demon scum there is.

There's probably a 3rd type of Behelit on Elf Island, and Guts will transform into some sort of "white dog". It is a battle between a "white hawk" and the "darkness". Griffith is not a white hawk, he is clearly a black colored hawk. So while we know that Guts would turn into some sort of hell hound with a regular behelit, he will turn into some sort of good, white colored dog with a good behelit from elf island.

It will end with Guts dragging Griffith into that "spiral void of nonexistence" and they will become nonexistent, and Caska will cry a lot or some shit.

He just need to get mad enough. Plot armor will protect him

You know, now that you mention it, the human guy who hangs around her is kind of like the Guts in that sense, without the huge sword and 6'2 height obviously. Their relationship has started out differently than Caska and Guts', but ultimately it feels like it'll go a similar route.
Even Caska mentioned how she always knew she could never be with Griiffith since he was only had eyes for his dream.
