Why is there less moe in the shoujo genre of anime?

Shoujo is for girls, girls like different things, specifically dicks. That's why a lot of shoujo protags are more mature and adult and get hit on/almost raped by hot men. Then she rejects the men and chooses the one she likes because I guess that's what girls want to do?

I already knew that. im not arguing that. im just wondering why seinen is filled with moe, even though its made for teenage men. I'm not disrepecting moe. moe is good, but why is most of seinen made up of it. you think there would be at least some action oriented anime, in seinen. the differences in cultures just confuses me, thats all.

Darker Than Black isn't shoujo. Yes, it had a shoujo manga adaptation, but it's heavily divergent from the original anime. The other DtB manga Shikkoku no Hana which is much closer in tone to the anime is seinen.
