You guys are assuming the Rohan OVAs will have the same lenght as an entire episode. That can easily not be the case and the OVAs be just 10 to 15 minutes long.

If that happens then even discs without the OVA will have 3 episodes. Hell, even if the OVA is full episode lenght there's still no reason to believe they'll randomly change the numbered episodes per disc halfway through, that almost never happens.

Stop saying Dio's world was rushed you autist. The pacing was absolutely fine. Yes, they could have drug it out over a few more episodes but consider this:

Joseph was only dead for a few minutes which was what allowed him to come back to life with the blood transfusion. If they'd dragged it out, it would have seemed much longer than that making Joseph's revival seem even more implausible then it already was.

And secondly, probably 70% of those chapters were action scenes. It takes more pages to properly depict a fight than it does to animate said fight so it makes sense that they'd get through those chapters faster in the anime.

In conclusion, Dio's world was fine and you need to stop saying otherwise.

I wouldn't mind 39 episodes. My problem is that it doesn't look like they're pacing it for 39 episodes so far. I feel like other fights are going to be rushed to shit.

I mean, we're three episodes in, we're only on The Nijimura Brothers PART FUCKING 1, and they're adding extra scenes all over the fucking place! I mean, they have silhouettes of every minor antagonist in the OP and the first PV, so they're obviously not skipping anything. Honestly we're all in fear of 39 episodes but its not like they have to be totally devoted to 3 or 4 chapters an episode. They also don't have to adapt everything 1:1. Its been a while since I read Part 4 but I'm sure theres more then a few chapters that'll either transition faster in anime format or they can just outright skip, but I'd be hard pressed to name them.
