So far it most feels like Lagrange, rather than typical mecha show. I.e. no one actually died (or least onscreen, including grunt pilots), likely in future fights as well except maybe for main plot device sacrafice or something.

I am ok with Lagrange/Turn A style, where theres no existential threat and eradication of humanity like in Aldnoah and such.
