None of these otherwise "serious" wounds ever affected the characters, or they never even happened. Hanji almost got boiled alive, fell full force on a pillar and then on the floor, now she even survived a bomb exploding on her.
Erwin even lost one arm and he can use the 3DMG, even though that makes no sense whatsoever. The 3DMG has two anchors and handles for a reason.

This is a monthly manga, and repeating something once is enough for people to remember. (we have a month to reread old chapters) but this dream thing for eren and armin was repeated 2 time in back to back chapter 72 @73 (73 being a filler with just showing isayama improvement as an author) Erwin motivation being dark has been foreshadow in the last arc but it been repeated 3 time in the last 5 chapter. (thinking about the basement, standing on bodies, and now sitting down at the wall) It still the exact same message and it provide us nothing new about him or anyone else. Also there isn't any phycological trigger around to make Reiner switch like for two months. But to be fair I can't see a reason for them to let her go, of course she could play it up that she will be on their side from now and eating marcel was after all an unfortunate accident and as long it goes Zeke gets another shifter in his army and Ymir is training in the BRA village in the meantime, but for that to happen BR would have to back her up.
