On first she was only cute character, then she became my favorite but it took me 6 months to fall in love with her and next 6 months to accept her as my waifu.
During this time my interpretation of her was getting clearer and we were slowly becoming closer. When I started to fantasize not only about her, but about us living together as a couple and it really started to hurt me that she can't be physically with me, I realized she isn't just my favorite character but a girl I genuinely love.

I met her back in early 2011 when I was watching the anime. From the moment I saw her, I thought she was cool, but it wasn't until on September 2012 that I realised I had fallen for her.

Tough question, there's so many moments of her that I love, but I'd say my favourite moment was when she released her second origin against the fight against Minerva. That moment was a statement to her fighting spirit and her feelings for her guild, and she just looked so incredibly beautiful and strong at that point.

April 2011, I think the show just started airing. I don't think it was at first sight but I quickly started thinking how cute she was, and my heart went doki doki a few episodes later.

There's quite a bunch, her being so happy to join school mid-series was definitely something that made me smile a lot, I want to see her that happy always. Every week was a cute new memory.

I'm not sure how this stone would work with her. The acceptance of what she can do grows bigger day by day, by discovering people love her, and how special she truly is. But perhaps the idea of becoming full human would sound tempting for her. I just want whateve she thinks she will make her the happiest, and well, if she wants to stay with something she could do before, like fly or a hidden gun, then so be it.

I never believed in this waifu thing until I saw this anime and this girl literally clicked on me. Now, after 5 years I've spent more in figurines than anything in my life, hobby-related. But I don't love her. My feelings towards her could be interpreted as empathy, respect, devotion. Because she looks like me. Her struggles in life are the same as mine. Her fate is probably my fate too. I felt the same way about life when I was at her age. Heck, we even almost share the same birthday! She is my symbol on this blue, hopeless life. She is me.

I have the perfect image for this. Our enthusiasm for basically living in an anime/manga/videogame may not be entirely beneficial, though. We'd definitely have developed a zombie plan. After the excitement dies down, I can see us taking turns to scavenge for supplies - she can reach all the lower areas, I'm tall enough for the larger areas. With her size though, I'd probably need to deal with 90% of the combat; she'd probably get overenthusiastic about doing some cool move she saw in a film, it going horribly wrong and shying away from the idea of doing combat again.

She'll probably find being a cyborg as cool of an idea as I do. I would question some of her added augumentation choices though; I don't think having an arm-mounted Pocky dispenser is entirely a necessary addition. The detatchable nekomimi on the other hand, I'd agree with 100%.
She'd probably make me do most of the 'maintenance' work on her, though. In part due to being reasonably handy, in other part because it's a little lewd, depends on her mood. I imagine there's some creative ways to test certain systems are working properly.
