This. The reason babies and small children are taught how to swim is because they are young and act like retards. Any teenager or adult should be smart enough to know that when you're in water, you will naturally keep afloat by by plunging UP. Now!? Who would have thought that physics work like that?
Now come on. I'm not expecting physical or mental disabilities to know how to swim right away. But surely anybody who with a slight brain should know how to "stay up" if it's there first time swimming.
Can anybody who has/had trouble swimming please explain the problem to me. Is it because you start to panic or what?
