Battle City was really Kaiba vs Atem and Kaz wanted to keep Bakura relevant so he stuck him with Marik in partnership which Fujos to this claim was homosexual. Marik would give Bakura his rod and Bakura would get Slifer off Yugi.

That's not how it works, you need to play a shadow game to win Millennium Items and Pegasus was tired after Yugi beat him. Marik and Bakura were partners, he jobbed against Yugi, Shadi was nowhere and Kaz seemed to forget about Ishizu for most of Battle City.

A whole lot of dubs make me feel that way. But my biggest problem with Yugioh dubs is that they give characters much lighter voices and they don't have the emotion the characters in the original have. Like Kaito has a pretty deep voice in the Japanese dub but the English one makes his voice light.

Not that guy. But one very notable thing you're missing out on is the soundtrack. In the dub they change the background music like every 5-10 seconds and it's incredibly jarring. There isn't like a whole song in almost the entirety of the dub and the tracks they do use are some generic sounds likely not even explicitly made for Arc-V.
As opposed to the marvellous sound track of the original with tracks crafted to suit the scenes.

Oh, and the dub just doesn't give a single fuck about actual characterization. So you'll be missing out on a lot of scenes that actually elaborates and paints fuller images of the characters. Like picture related.

No scenes of characters being concerned for other characters misportraying character bonds. And no flashbacks elaborating on where their resolve comes from, or why they're messed up.
It's 4kids. It's not just the a matter of the voice tracks. They change a lot of things, and appear to be rather cheap while doing so as well.

I heard they removed all of Yuya and Yuzu's attachment to each other.
