Dammit, i just realized how much i hate fucking Konami, those greedy bastards keep adding more and more Summoning Methods every time a new Anime Series announces. It would have been perfect if they wpuld have stayed with only XYZ, SYNCHRO and Fusion Summoning. But now we have PENDULUMS and it sucks ass. Being able to Summon 3 or more Monsters from the Extra Deck or Hand like nothing is way too OP. Nowadays every Card comes with an Effect text as long as the Bible and when i play YGPRO the duel don't last more than 5 turns even when playing in Tag Teams. Seriously, those guys at Konami should just stick with what they have now and not make another Summoning Method or the Game will become more and more of a Clusterfuck than it is now. Thank god i don't spend money on real cards anymore. From now on i will only play Yugioh on Videogames, preferably on Mobile Devices since i don't have time to sit and play all day on a Console.

Pendulums seriously are healthy for the game.
Completely broken cards and archetypes may not be, but that has always been a thing. And the broken decks of old were even more broken than the recent broken decks of the modern game.

With more and more cards aiming and affecting the same general zones, the game had gravitated towards the graveyard something insane. Which is still an effect you can feel of course, but pendulums are dividing focus from exclusively the graveyard to the graveyard and the top-side of the extra deck.

It's a good direction for the game to take.

How good will this make Resonators?

There are plenty of ways to get Odd Eyes Rebellion Dragon out, but sadly there's only 2 ways to get him out, Yuya style. That's the Creation and Destruction way with Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon as demonstrated in the anime, Through it's a bit different in the real game and There's Forgoing Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon and just using Odd Eyes Absolute Dragon and Destruction Magician.

I bet the xyz arc will introduce an xyz monster with an effect like that if they plan on releasing Yuto from his Kotori like duties. After all, they've made it clear in synchro that only synchro monsters are allowed to be badass, every xyz monster or fusion monster that's gone up against a synchro monster in an on screen one on one duel has gotten it's ass kicked for 50 episodes. You best assume Nirvana Paladin is gonna job it's ass off after this duel.

The only reason Rebellion has that effect is because it has a rank not a level. Besides, Nirvana Paladin is level 10. There is no scale that currently exists that can summon it.
Acrobat is likely to get used in either this episode or the next. Lifesword probably won't show up as the cards Yuya needs to draw to be able to win are severely limited by the flow the duel is likely to take. He basically needs a tuner to be able to win. Whether that is Tuning Magician, Nobledragon Magician, or some other tuner we haven't seen yet, well we won't know till the episode airs. I'll repost my theory for the duel that I made a few days ago.

So the theory I posted a few days ago
>Yuya gets an Action Card (likely Acceleration) to save himself from Scarlight
>On Yuya's turn, he draws either a tuner (Very likely to be Tuning Magician) or a draw spell (Pot of Greed time baby) to get the tuner and the level 2 pendulum he'll use to summon Nirvana.
