Almost all manga-ka start out as H-Doujin artists so seeing the cycle continue with you on top is actually a decent honour for them.

I'd imagine not many care because artist's beginnings are so often from independent publications.
I remember some years back when Bioshock Infinite was all the riot, huge amounts of porn started to emerge about the girl.
The creator got legitimately upset and publicly said that it felt like his daughter was being abused.
Many laughs were had.
