What do you hope it'll be?
So now that the first episodes of the dub are out, what do you guys think of it?
Favaro's voice so far was pretty funny. Kaisar kinda sounds weird but I'll probably get used to it.
Honestly the dub for this was much better than Garo's in my opinion.
>anon says dubs exist
>"this shit can't be real"
>mfw dubs really do exist now
BLACK AND WHITE BUT THE WORLD IS SO GRAAAAYYY
WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH MEEEE!?
Will she get more screentime in S2?
Azazel and Jeanne for the 'holy knight vs. demon' shenanigans.
Heck no.I just want it for the amusement of seeing Jeanne sacredly scandalized 24/7.
>(...)By the way, when you said the other day that this season you were working on "Bahamut" did you mean the one called (Saijaku Muhai no) Shinsoukiryuu? Or Manaria Friends? I'm guessing Manaria because you worked on KamiBaha...
>Oh, I meant Baha s2. We're already doing a lot of work on it.
Question: is it considered pedophilia to get with a zombie loli, even though that zombie loli is basically a 400+ year old grandma trapped inside?
Kaisar is supposed to be comedic, but this direction has him too comedic for the character when it already shows enough through his actions.
Ian Sinclair has a voice that fits characters like Favaro, but with the pitch he's acting at it doesn't fit Favaro himself. The character's too cowardly and not manly enough. They should have kept the casting as close to the japanese dub as possible.
>Can dragons love humans schoolgirl lesbian spinoff is pretty much canceled
Favaro is decent. Amira is okay I guess. Jeanne is too girly, Lavalley is too gruff, Gaurin and Bacchus seem okay. Cerberus herself was okay, but her little dog puppets were annoying, but hey, I guess that's the point.
I'll watch it all the way through, but once I actually own it, I'll probably default to the Japanese track on rewatches.
And the she turned into Yolandi Visser.
>you will never get jeanne on the beach because rob is dead
No-one's going to husbando Kaisar from seeing the dub.
Rita rejoins the party in S2 right?
Who knows, someone might. The voice may be ruined, but his other aspects remain untouched.
I hope Satou follows his heart and adds more of these two into the mix.
So what you're saying is that your opinion of the show as decided mostly by fans instead of judging it entirely on its own merits/demerits.
I'm gonna go ahead and guess:
>Favaro and Kaisar obviously stay in the party
>Rita does as well
>Since Amira is now one with Bahamut Jeanne will take her place
>Bacchus and Azazel will remain present, but not join the party
I can't imagine what the plot will be though. Kinda already peaked with Bahamut. Hopefully more world exploration and adventure, that was when the show was at its best.
I think they said Rita won't be in season two, or at least they did a ways back when it was first announced. Maybe they've changed their minds since then.
But yeah, I'm not seeing what sort of pot this could possibly have. I'm cautiously optimistic, I really liked season one, but in the end a second season just feels unnecessary.
They'll probably rewrite the lore a bit so that Amira can be retrieved via some dimensional magic pocket, and their journey will be to get to that dimension, kind of like retrieval of Jack Sparrow from the dead in POTC 3.
I wonder if I could care much if that becomes the season finale.
I hope S2 lets Jeanne in on some zany antics.
In the first season she had to be the stick in the mud dramatic side story.
