Oni chan will give us a happy ending for everyone right? ...RIGHT?
BlazBlue thread, Ragna is gonna save everyone and give everyone a happy ending, and he will influence other realities so everyone can be happy and the suffering shall stop, I know he can
He's gotta get a happy ending after all this is over, right? I mean he's life has been too shit leading up to it, he needs some sort of payoff.
Who the hell is Izanami if she's not actually the real Saya? How the hell do they manage to make the story even more confusing with each installment?
Yes, matter fact, he is the example of characters that deserve happy endings, and when he get it, he will give tips to other of how to get happy endings, mark my works
I have not played CP sadly
It's already known that Ragna, Jin and Saya were lab made, so Izanami is probably just another Saya made by Relius. We will probably know more when Naoto will actually explain things in the story mode.
By this point it should be clear BlazBlue is a tragedy. Every progress made is cruelly or silly undone at some point. Just when I thought Hakkumen finally killed that Green Faggot he comes back yet again. I dropped this shit already, fucking Hazama/Terumi.
Can we talk about rachel's tights? man they look fat
Remix Heart is great. Mai is my favorite MC.
Hey /a/, what do you think of this happy child?
And why is her butt so cute?
Where did this meme even start? Platinum is every bit as fuckable as Rachel.
And just imagine getting double-femdommed by the both of them, holy shit my dick.
Well the brother is more like "I will kill every woman that looks at my Onii-chan, then kill Oni-chan and buttfuck his mutilated corpse for a week straight".
I don't know if you'd call it brother complex at that point, but that's where it started.
Is it this one? Is she really brocon crazy like that?
Ragna's gonna get NTR'd by that guy from the LNs who's now in the games. He's also going to die cold and alone while being hunted down by all of his previous loved ones, and possibly Rachel will sudoku as well.
The craziest brocon Ragna has is his dipshit brother who's butthurt over Ragna spending more time with his little sister or some shit, I can't even really remember anymore
Then there's said little sister who is sort of hard to explain really, she's the one in this trailer
Whatever, the point is he's yandere for Ragna. Haven't played it in quite a while and the clusterfuck of a story is impossible to keep up with if you don't memorize every detail, so I can't remember if he's always been that crazy or if it was Yukianesa poisoning his mind.
Stay away from the anime if possible. The latest installment of the game BBCPEX has the story of the previous games, albeit summarized. You can also wait for a steam sale, buy all games and play it in chronological order.
Best girl, best outfit, best in-game fighter.
Prove me wrong.
> best girl
my friend... she does not listen to reasoning despite knowing her love will most likely never come back. She continues this throughout all of the games knowing that he is suffering because she won't let him die.
The blonde was shaping up to be the love interest for the first two games until some cocksuckerb wrote the Phase Novels, which the readhead comes from and then the writer decided to jam her into the third game out of nowhere and made her a central fucking character. FUCK.
She's like a sister to him. And when she talks with him she feels like she's talking to a family member like a father or mother.
The inbreeding quota is already filled with Tsubaki. Go away please.
Oh, so they have that kinda relationship. Okay. I think I'll buy extend, this is sounding interesting. You know, for a guy who looks like an edgelord he sounds surprisingly nice. That blue haired chick looks cute too.
Silver hair there is mostly in CT, and she's sorta Ragna's sister, just like Noel and Lambda. Ragna's a pretty cool guy who just constantly has life shit on him when the main antagonist of the first two-ish games isn't. Poor guy.
W-where are her clothes? Wait, those kinda look like the outfit she's wearing here.>>138723405
Huh. You know what, I'm leaving here and coming back once I know what I'm getting into, that gaze doesn't look like somebody who would be crying that hard.
REMOVE DOG, at least Lil Eddie doesn't come out randomly and has a timer.
Remix Heart Gaiden includes two side-stories that take place between chapters 4 and 5 of the Remix Heart manga. It doesn't summarize the manga, but it does serve as a good introduction for Mai and Kajun, serving to cover both their personalities and their backstories.
Are you referring to Mai when you say "blue-haired chick"? She is extremely cute.
I want to kill her all over again
He's a baller
Anyone want to play some CPEX?
Look man, we already know that Ragna was cloned from someone. Even if Naoto is the original that doesn't mean that he will be the new Ragna. They are different people. It's like bitching about Hakumen being proto-Jin.
>It's like bitching about Hakumen being proto-Jin.
Except that they were introduced at the same time. Naoto on the other hand was created as a character for a spin off LN and shoved in the game.
>ragna has been struggling with powerlessness since CT
>his original is more powerlful without even trying
Being Ragna is truly suffering. Arc System should kill him instead of taunting him so much.
Naoto died though, and Bloodedge is a difficult Drive to use if Xblaze is anything to go by. Which reminds me that I will take Naoto over that little shit every day of the week
Does this face look crazy to you?
Finally caught up. God, Chronophantasma was a mess. Why did Celica and Kagura have to hog all the screentime? Does Japan not like Ragna and Noel as the leads or something because it felt like these two characters were designed to replace them because they're the complete opposite of those two
Ragna and Noel get shit on by everyone, Celica and Kagura get nothing but phrase
Ragna and Noel are "enemies of the world" according to Jin and Hakumen while Kagura and Celica are people who unite the world
Noel can fight, Celica can't, Ragna can barely fight because of his powers, Kagura doesn't need any special powers to kick ass.
Ragna's a criminal, Kagura's a hero
Celica's a beckon of hope, Noel's an anomaly of unpredictable results.
Kagura and Celica's actions directly fuck the bad guy's plans. Ragna and Noel's actions actually help the bad guy's plans.
Ragna and Noel start out imperfect but improve with character development.
Celica and Kagura start out already perfect with their flaws being little more than excuses for gags.
I kinda don't like them, Celica's nothing but an emotional crutch to Ragna,Nine and Rachel, and Kagura's desperately trying to add Noel to his conquests and possibly even wrangle a threesome between her,him and Makoto.
They suck and I'd rather have the next game focus on Izanami,Ragna and Noel, especially because Ragna somehow returned from being a black beast and Noel somehow recovered from her beatdown enough to track down and bring Lambda back to life. I hope this is a sign of things looking up for them in the fourth game.
I guess Nine killed Jubei because he's nowhere to be seen at the end but I do get treated to Tsubaki with her annoying justice again. Well at least she's not trying to kill Noel again.
Was anyone dissappointed that Terumi died in such a quick way? No last words? No nothing, he just gets murked by Hakumen with a DEM move he's never shown to of had before.
Why does Rachel wanna die if Ragna can't be killed? Does she love him that much or is it something more?
Why did Litchi and Carl have to go full retard and hurt Bang so much,Even the localization hurt Bang by replacing his first VA. That actually hurt the most.
Lastly, Taokaka,Arakune, Bullet,Azrael and Amane felt pretty underused. Bullet's hot and all but she's only here to give Tager some backstory, she's like his Linhua and Amane is either a person to be Rachel's replacement or yet another Observer. other than that, It's like he wasn't in the game at all. I only remember him showing up for 2 scenes in total
what I want to know is, if Izanami ain't the final final boss what more they can they possible throw at us
What the hell? Even through that's Saya's body, I guess the potential for upskirts is too strong to ignore for the creator. I thought Izanami would fight how she did in Chronophantasma, with the dress on and spamming projectiles.
Not really. Kagura has plenty of flaws. He's arrogant, overconfident, too optimistic and relies on his subordinate to get much of his work done. And while he is the strongest soldier in the NOL he's not that powerful compared to the heavy hitters in the setting. By the way, he does rely on Ars Magus to do so and the fact he lacks any special weapons does limit him. He admits that Ragna with the Azure grimoire is stronger than him, he can barely match Azrael's strength with all his limiters on for a short time when going all out and Izanami takes him out like a chump near the end of CP. He has a large role in the story of CP but sits out the climax. Kagura is pretty much irrelevant at this point. His plan to replace the government doesn't mean much when almost all of humanity has disappeared. Also every woman he hits on tells him off, other than Noel who doesn't understand what he wants, and many male characters are annoyed by his cocky attitude so he's far from universally loved. Sure the population claims to love him, but the NOL is a totalitarian regime so people would be pretty stupid to say that they hate him. In CF it's even revealed that if Kagura's plan had succeeded it would have resulted in a revolution against him that would get him killed by the angry populace.
Celica isn't really perfect either. She's actually rather dumb and not really skilled. Other than her healing she is a double-edged sword since her seithr nullification power affects her allies more than it does her enemies. I did like the fact that she isn't whiny but instead shows quite a bit of determination.
>I will take Naoto over that little shit
Go play Xblaze, then come back and say that. I thought that it was an entertaining VN but Touya isn't exactly a great protagonist.
I will never understand this irrational hate for Naoto.
Except that Ragna and Noel weren't thrown to the wayside and Kagura and Celica aren't superior.
You remind me of the people hating Naoto who used to claim that he was added in CF in order to replace Ragna; as if the creators of the game would suddenly replace the protagonist of the story with another character right before the conclusion.
Not liking them is one thing; claiming that they're flawless and here to replace Ragna and Noel is another. Don't take gag reels at face value.
>All these shitty waifus
>No mention of best girl
You fags need to get some taste, how the fuck do you even manage to leave Makoto out of this.
Nu is the best.
>イザナミ 「此れは神による人への粛清だ。 邪魔をするでない・・・・・・傍観者よ。」
>レイチェル 「粛清ですって? 笑わせないで。 貴女のやっている事は、ただの虐殺よ。 例えこの世界が無に還ろうと、それが事実だわ。」
>ACT 3 "The Replacement Blue"
Makoto. She combines vivacious body with my favourite flavour of violence and a fun personality and a hot
non-combatuniform. Gott I miss the Intelligence Division uniform. And my god does her combat sprite annoy me. Bullets also does, but that's because of her stance, her """""pants""""" and the weird tail thing.Bullet, Kokonoe and Nu are second best girls. Pity about Nu's combat sprite too. ;_;
Why didn't you post the translation too?
>Izanami: "This is a purge of man as delivered by God. Do not interfere... Onlooker."
>Rachel: "A purge, you say? Don't jest. What you are doing can be described as little other than genocide. Even if this world were to fall back into the abyss, that is the truth."
>ACT3 "The Replacement Blue"
>Izanami: "The possibilities held by humanity is that which shall bring forth ruin to this world. Who was it that excavated the Armor of God? Who was it that attempted to grasp ahold of God? Even these worlds, were they not birthed by the wretched desires of those humans?"
>Rachel: "I shall not refute that. No matter the time or place, humanity and foolishness shall always go hand in hand. ...Even so, I continue to believe. That the possibilities of humanity which you so deny shall be what will open the the way to the future."
>Izanami: "Is that your answer?"
>Rachel. "Indeed. That is the answer that both [they] and I chose. Even should the world fall to the very precipice of ruin... Man will, without a doubt, grab ahold of the path which they must walk with their own hands."
>Izanami: "...In that case, you, too, should pray (dream) that wish upon the Azure. And upon arriving at the true depths of despair, welcome the Time of Demise... O human who was once an Onlooker..."
>Rachel: "Even so, he will never give in. Isn't that right? Ragna...?"
Mai is my favorite since she's very kind and sympathetic without being an airhead or a doormat. In addition she's skilled and intelligent without being overpowered and of course she's very beautiful.
I also liked the fact that Mai's benevolence was justified by her background. Her harsh father wanted Mai to be perfect and since perfection is unachievable Mai was miserable and had very little self-worth or self-confidence. In addition Mai's father kept her isolated and taught her to consider everyone a potential enemy (which to be fair isn't entirely unreasonable among the NOL nobility; most of Jin's "relatives" wanted him dead so as to clear the way for becoming the heir of the Kisaragi family), meaning that Mai had no friends. Meeting people who were willing to be her friends and who accepted her the way she was made Mai extremely happy and allowed her to gradually open up to others and to gain self-confidence and a sense of self-worth. As a result it made sense that she was extremely grateful towards her friends and willing to do whatever she could for them and also wanted to help others who had been in similar circumstances to her.
Mai was rather similar to Makoto in that respect since Makoto too found friends that accepted her at the academy for the first time and came to really value them as a result.
Mai was exaggerating. She was able to survive before meeting Noel after all. Mai could still eat other food; she merely found doing so to be unpleasant. Besides, it would make sense for her to have greater control over her power after the manga ended since she completed the fusion with her grimoire and thus to be able to eat food without suffering from her supertaster power.
>Izanami: "I'm a god and Imma kill humanity so don't get in the way, Person Who Isn't Supposed To Interfere In The Story."
>Rachel: "Fuck off, faggot. That's genocide and that's wrong."
>Izanami: "Nigga if humans are allowed to do what they want, they'll destroy the world. Remember when they dug up the Susanoo Unit? And they tried to get all up in the Master Unit's grill? Shit, son, even all these shitty wish fulfillment worlds in Act 1 and Act 2 are all because they're a bunch of selfish shits."
>Rachel: "Yeah, humans are stupid, but I still believe in their potential so fuck you."
>Izanami: "Fo' realz?"
>Rachel: "Fo' realz. Humans are baller-ass niggaz."
>Izanami: "Fine, then make your wish and fuck off when you realize how wrong and stupid you are."
>Rachel: "My homeboy Ragna will kick yo' ass, biotch."
Also Noel left the academy 6 months early but Mai was able to live up to graduation day with no problems and Makoto wasn't worried about her after it either. That wouldn't have been the case if she actually needed Noel's food to survive.
If what's been hinted so far is correct, Ragna and Noel are the keys to unlocking humanity and the world's "possibilities", which, up until now, have been sealed away. Humanity in its current state is not truly "free". Their possibilities have been stolen from them. Ragna and Noel are the only ones who can fix that.
These two hold humanities future? We're doomed.
>Ragna: amazing bro that will defend your shit if someone want to fuck with yo
>Noel: cute girl that despite being a crap of a cooker will make sure to give you a lots of fun and happy moments, not to mention some bully from time to time
Nah I say we are fine
But anon, look what her sensei does to her.
Are you referring to the fact that Mai didn't join the NOL military? That's because she didn't want to simply become another soldier but instead wanted to do something that would allow her to prove her value to her father and make him acknowledge her worth. Her father didn't want her to just become a NOL drone either. As this illustration of Mai as an adult shows, she became a warrior of sorts; possibly a mercenary or a vigilante.
To be honest I don't see why people are calling Naoto the original. Naoto himself having a similar connection to Ragna may be because of that dude that who lies in Naoto subconscious. Who probably is the same dude Raquel was talking about who saved her from the pain of Clavis hooking her up to the boundary. That most likely will be explain in the consoles though.
Even IF Mai becomes playable, isn't she rather weak compared to every other playable character's power level?
I can see even Tao running circles around her, or Azrael stomping her shit in.
Among the academy girls Mai is second only to Makoto when it comes to innate physical abilities. And she has trained intensively in martial arts, swordsmanship and assassination techniques since childhood. We don't know exactly how powerful the Nameless Grimoire is, but it does allow her to regenerate her injuries and boost her physical abilities to superhuman levels. Obviously she wouldn't be as powerful as the heavy hitters in the setting, but I bet that she'd be stronger than e.g. Bullet, Hibiki or Tsubaki with the sealed Izayoi.
>Bullet pins you down and says since she can't beat you as a man she'll defeat you as a woman and takes off her shirt.
I think she might actually win, I mean, what man could beat those weapons?
The power of magic means she's as real a girl as any of the other girls in BB. Even her mind and soul eventually changed to match her new body.
The only one who deserves a happy ending is
That was Mai's initial objective. Her desire to do so intensified when she realized that she had mentally turned into a girl because she worried that her initial self was disappearing and being replaced by something else. However in the end she concluded that even though she had changed, she was still herself and decided that she was happier living the way she was now. As a result she stopped wanting to turn back into a man and decided to remain as a girl. (Also Mai isn't really similar to Dizzy other than her color scheme. If anything her design fits more to the sportswoman archetype and of course her background and personality are different.)
Izanami promised to let Azrael battle the Black Beast for all eternity, which is an opponent he really wants to fight. He's really motivated to serve her now.
>Mai isn't really similar to Dizzy other than her color scheme.
Inital drawings of Mai were pretty much Dizzy with a ponytail instead of pigtails and no wings. They even gave her a giant yellow bow like Dizzy's.
Maybe they realized this and rectoned her coloring to be more unique.
Dizzy doesn't have a bow on her hair. Also her hairstyle is more distinct than what you describe. Dizzy doesn't have hair antennae or long stands of hair flanking her face. Also her fringe is rather different. When it comes to their bodies there is a similarity, but that's simply because they are both characters with sexy bodies which is a rather standard design. Though Mai does have bigger breasts and somewhat thicker thighs than Dizzy, so their bodies aren't really the same either.
>Dizzy doesn't have a bow on her hair.
She has two you idiot. And one on the tail for good measure.
Will give you points for the other comparisons though.
It's funny how BlazBlue threads start with Ragna because of how a bro is he and how there are some people that honestly believes (at least early in threads) that he can turn a rape show into a happy ecchi show if giving the chances.
The only thing is that if you put Hakumen it will make it more badass and give a proper judgment to worlds like Kuroinu. Maybe giving a proper judgment to Olga and related, maybe letting Chloe or free her, and giving Volt and all the traitors the punishment deserve.
Remember that he restores order over chaos!
Might I suggest that you actually look up what a bow is before you start slinging insults? A bow needs to have two loops and Dizzy's hair accessories don't have that. They have simple knots.
>Her desire to do so intensified when she realized that she had mentally turned into a girl because she worried that her initial self was disappearing and being replaced by something else.
Isn't...isn't that what happened in the end though? The NoName Grimoire replaced his mind and identity with that as a girl. It's like if you had a time limit in a game and Mai fucked up and got a bad ending that he views as good due to his altered mind, which is what he was trying to prevent.
I agree that they both have use yellow cloth to tie their hair, which is why I said that they have similar color schemes, but the arrangement of the cloth is different. My point was simply that Mai isn't simply Dizzy with a ponytail and no wings or tail. Calling Mai Not-Dizzy is equivalent to calling Jin Not-Ky.
Not really. Mai still had her memories and fundamental personality. She changed rather than having her mind replaced. Besides, people change; a 50 year-old man is very different from when he was a 10 year-old boy, but they're still considered to be the same person. You don't say that the 10 year-old disappeared.
Fapped so hard to that last Makoto doujin.
>Besides, people change; a 50 year-old man is very different from when he was a 10 year-old boy, but they're still considered to be the same person. You don't say that the 10 year-old disappeared.
Fair enough, but that person changed naturally. Since the NoName Grimoire is in the equation for Mai however, and considering I doubt Mai would have naturally 'changed' into a girl's mindset of his own will, how much of the change do we know for sure is Mai's own violation and not just the Grimoire fucking with Mai's mind to get a new vessel?
>Makoto will never capture you to keep you safe from harm
She gained happiness so all's well that ends well.
All the Nameless Grimoire needed in order to fuse with Mai was for her body to be female. There's no indication that it tampered with her mind. Having a female brain as well as the fact that she was surrounded by and considered a woman would explain the subsequent changes she underwent, such as being attracted to men or being willing to openly cry in front of others.
If anything I think that the main difference between someone growing up and Mai's situation was in the rapidity with which the change occurred. Perhaps one could draw parallels between Mai's situation and puberty in general. Mai started to like boys and realized that she was now a woman, something that most girls go through at at around that age.
>All the Nameless Grimoire needed in order to fuse with Mai was for her body to be female. There's no indication that it tampered with her mind. Having a female brain
But he didn't have a female brain until the Grimoire fucked him up. And if it made the brain, who knows what else it could fuck up? Considering Mai had enough of a mind to retain his old 'male' self for awhile shows the progress of transforming his brain to 'female' took up, which the Grimoire was probably behind, it probably also was transforming his mindset to be female as well. Mai fucked up, but at least he did find some happiness in the bad end as you said.
Dr. Hazuki, or, How I Stopped Worrying and Loved The Natsume.
I think that was more a result of Mai gradually adjusting to her new body rather than something done to her by the grimoire. Early on Mai wasn't used to her body and didn't know how to behave. It took time for those things to happen.
If the grimoire had been able to affect he mind directly then it could have more directly driven her to complete her fusion with it. Instead it simply asked for her permission to do so.
>If the grimoire had been able to affect he mind directly then it could have more directly driven her to complete her fusion with it. Instead it simply asked for her permission to do so.
Could be the Grimoire was just playing the game of getting Mai in the position where she'd HAVE to agree in order to face less resistance from Mai.
Remember this is the series where Jin's sword can fuck with his mind and Rachel told Ragna not to think of a Grimoire's power as his own or it will control him, I don't hold it past the NoName Grimoire to influence things behind the scenes in Mai's mind so that he would reach the conclusion that he should stay female.
Nox Nyctores such as Yukianesa can indeed affect their owners' emotional state. However we don't really see evidence of that with grimoires. Ragna had been rude even as a kid for example and his aggression can be explained by all the shit he has been through rather than his grimoire influencing him. In Ragna's case being "controlled" by the Azure Grimoire meant going berserk and transforming into the Black Beast, like he did in his bad ending in Continuum Shift.
The reason that Mai agreed to complete the fusion wasn't that she decided she was happy to be a girl; that came later. The reason she did so was much more utilitarian; her friends were about to be killed and she needed the grimoire's power in order to save them.
Probably would have reached the same conclusion if the friends weren't in danger though. All Grimoires are fucking bad news and NOT to be fucked with, or YOU are the one who will be fucked.
Even the Dream Grimoire was fucking evil and tried to 'seal' Mai within itself. The Grimoires give no shits about people or who have them currently, they care about themsleves.
If it means getting Ragna a happy ending,
just have him and Celica get a "together in death" moment, and to make it less bitter, have them reincarnate and start their romance over, without the fate of the world interfering.
I don't think so. Most grimoires are simple tools with no will of their own. Think of the grimoire used to determine a someone's aptitudes that is used on new students at the military academy or the climate control grimoire that regulates the climate of Torifune for example. Even the Hypnagogia grimoire that you mentioned only had an adverse effect on Mai because she accidentally used her supertaste ability on it.
Sentient grimoires like the Nameless Grimoire seem to be an exception. Even the Azure Grimoire has given no indication of having a will of its own. If its owner loses control over it it will transform them into the Black Beast, but it doesn't look as if the grimoire somehow desires that. And it doesn't look like it altered his mind either; even after Ragna's body became the Black Beast, Ragna's mind remained though it was disconnected from reality:
Didn't the Dream one spawn easily killable clones of Hakumen when the others tried to save Mai in order to try and keep Mai sealed?
Also, if the Black Beast isn't Ragna's mind, whose mind is it? I guess easiest answer is Nu, but even in the CS Bad End it wrecked shit without Nu, so perhaps it was the Grimoire itself controlling the Beast.
>being a delusional thinking that Sol is better that every BB character or even GG character
Those Hakumen clones were drawings Tsubaki made that were animated by the power of the grimoire. It didn't create them on its own.
And the Black Beast we've seen isn't controlled by anyone. It's a monster that can be produced by a cauldron such as the Azure Grimoire. I don't think there's a reason to believe it needs someone to serve as its mind.
You must be joking. After all she's done she ties with celica for worst girl.
I would give that one to you if nine didn't exist. Holy shit her outfit is great. I especially like that her cape has a mind of it's own like rachels outfit
>Best in-game fighter
that would have to go to the shota as of CF anon. Him and his gorilla nee-san are all kinds of stupid powerful
It had to have SOME mind though, otherwise it would just sit still and do nothing.
The Dream one is my bad, been awhile since I read that part. Mai in Princess Dress is cute though.
I admit that some parts were funny, but there were some things that were edgy at some point, not to mention Broken-man that fortunaly got owned by Coronel Pinocchio (yes I call him that) and that dog... fuck Bedman, I don't care if he wanted to teach her shit.
It annoys me how some people still firmly believes that GG is better than BB when in reality they are both great in their own world, and how they glorify Sol like holy sun (pun totally intended) when he was a really edgy guy, at least in that aspect they are making him more tsundere which in my opinion, is really a big improvement, just that I still can see some edgy parts on him
Maifag is surely a very well knowed anon here right? Did he drawed her? Also love how is devoted to her.
Yeah it was pretty funny.
Sin x Ramlethal OTP
GGs dickriders don't even play the game, plain and simple. While the story mode was lighthearted there were some serious moments that were still good in my opinion for example
when Ky gets shot in the back and reveals that he became an hybrid human-Gear, Tsubaki should take notes.
Though I agree, both are great. Gameplay wise there isn't one "better", it's just subjective in my opinion.
Mai is indeed very well endowed, though there are other girls that are bigger. Mori said that the following are the BB girls with big breasts and ranked them as follows:
Litchi > Makoto > Bullet > Mai > Tao
Mai appears larger in the above art because she was drawn by Sumeragi and she gives bigger breasts to everyone. In Sumeragi's art one can see that Makoto for example has slightly bigger breasts than Mai.
Maybe its mind forms spontaneously along with its body rather than needing to use someone else's mind.
It's kind of weird to be a Bururaji/douga-zei for over five years and suddenly get into the games with Xrd and CPEX releases on Steam.
Too bad Kokonoe didn't become one.
Makoto because dat minamihankyuu and Isocchi.
>Maybe its mind forms spontaneously along with its body rather than needing to use someone else's mind.
Perhaps...or it just uses the Grimoire as the controller of the souls to save energy and effort.
I just don't completely trust those Grimoires....
You should join Sector Seven. They don't like Grimoires either.
Grimoires can be quite dangerous, especially the ones that are powerful. But most grimoires are what one might call simple magic items serving specific functions rather than anything earth-shattering.
Something colors me completely unsurprised
I will ask you, it is really hard to mantain loyalty to one waifu? Not in the sense of "I LOVE MY WAIFU ONLY" but in the sense of watching another one and think "That girl is really hot no wait WHAT I AM THINKING"
or literally having two or three worth lewd pics of the waifu
He is not the only one. I have played fighting games since my childhood and I kid you not, I suck. I sometimes just like the characters and want to see them win.
Pictured: Official manga
Man that really took me by surprise, fucking twist level "why I didn't see it coming?!"
Yes, I believe that both have really fluid gameplay and unique stories, and in a sense, both have their own tributes, GG being for rock music and BB, funilly enough, for literal anime stereotypes, though in both cases the characters are great characterized, thank God that Sol is also developing.
As someone with the same ideas but with way less pronounced way to prove it as much as maifag does, it's different from each person but the general rules of this "Waifuism" still applies.
>that girl is hot
You're never going to be perfect in resisting I feel
Depends on the person but I'd personally find them acceptable
I sucked by I loved (and still love) playing with Yuri, Iori, Adel and now Kyo
More or less and I really want to learn everybody, specially Tager, Carl, and Amane when I have the game
If this thread is still up, I'll play with you
Same to you, let's fucking play some matches damn it
>tfw GG will never have VN on the level of BB
Too bad since the story and characters are much more interesting and better than in BB.
>You're never going to be perfect in resisting I feel
Everyone can accept that one can be attracted physically to somebody, AND not liking their personalities or liking them to the points of being friends, pretty normal I say.
>Depends on the person but I'd personally find them acceptable
In my case, and read this anon >>138743529
I say that if you really have only 2 or 3 lewd art of her, then don't overstress, you can just try to ask in >>>/h/ or >>>/e/ and see how it works, it is not wrong to look of lewds about others since I don't joke when I say some couples in real life really like to touch each other (literally) while watching lewd pics, so if they can do that, I don't think watching lewd arts of other until you get something of her is bad. That's what I believe until I change my mind
If Ragna gets shat on without an happy end while Naoto gets shoved into the main character role as a harem lead then I'll just quit this shit show of a franchise.
Well at the very least I will be getting the games used when they're bargain bin value.
How do you define loyalty? I do find certain other characters attractive but Mai is the only one I love.
I think you should avoid getting upset about things that will never happen. Naoto already was the MC of his LN series. They won't suddenly replace Ragna with another character right at the climax of the story, especially a guy that has had no involvement in it up to now.
I'm probably just being irrationally fearful. A lot of LN materials got put into the main spotlight of CP and Naoto just sounds like such a terrible generic MC archetype that you would see in a lot of popular LNs just got me scared and it doesn't help that he apes a lot of Ragna's story elements. I don't really have much faith in Mori either to believe that it is such an unlikely outcome.
Not the anon but judging what he sayed he seems to be in the age of "loving someone but wanting to fuck all the other girls that are suddenly appearing in that right moment". Not to mention possible fetish. In a sense maybe he believes that fapping to another waifu or finding sexy or hot another waifu is wrong for his waifu, I believe. More when you consider that there are waifus that literally don't get lewd art as the likes of Tamamo for example. I don't think that's a big deal though, I mean many people want to fuck sex symbol but in a fantasy and they still rather to have their girls. That's my interpration.>>138743529
I think it's best to withhold judgement until you've seen the actual character rather than relying on summaries you read online. After all it's trivial to make Ragna sound as bad as Coldsteel the Hedgeheg: Angry guy (who's actually an artificial human raised by a talking cat) with spiky white hair and heterochromia dressed in black and red who hates and wants to destroy the government because a dude in a fedora that loves knives cut off his arm when he was a kid. Also a vampire gave him a magic arm that eats people's souls and he now uses the POWER OF DARKNESS to fight, but if he uses it too much he will turn into a monster that will destroy the world.
The BB story has problems but I'm pretty sure Mori wouldn't do something that would so obviously piss off BB fans. Ragna tends to top popularity polls for male BB characters. Why would he replace him?
First let's consider her drive, Maifag, since I am a newfag when coming to RemixHeart, name her all her skills with weapons and about herself and those Grimoires she have, I try to be original.
Mai is the second most physically capable girl among the academy girls after Makoto. She has trained in martial arts, swordsmanship and assassination techniques since childhood and is knowledgeable regarding poisons, though she prefers to use a sword and parrying dagger as well as kicks when fighting. Also she has a grimoire that lets her regenerate injuries (not at Wolverine level but it does let her recover quickly from fights) and increase her physical abilities to superhuman levels as well as to learn information about her enemies by tasting them.
And while Celica played an important role in CP, Noel still receives center stage. Just look at this CF poster and compare the relative prominence of the two characters. Kagura, the previous character people accused of being added to steal Ragna's position as protagonist, isn't even on the cover.
Central Fiction is the end of Ragna's arc, doesn't mean he'll die, doesn't mean he'll be out of the franchise entirely. It just means the happenings won't majorly involve him. He's too popular to just drop, He and Noel are safe to always return to new titles. Maybe finally people will stop hounding them to sate their murder boners.
Mai did use her power to taste a creature the girls had to fight in order to discover its weakness.
Ragna just happen to be reaaally handsome, I mean, not even bishonen, he is really a very handsome adult man.
That really sounds interesting.
First, give her a moveset a little slower that Makoto (but not level Tager, just a LITTLE slower) but with more chances of having combos or recovery and all of that. Giving what you sayed, the best way of using her drive would be something like 3 variations fighting styles. Like Dante from DMC series. But works like this.
>D: depending on what style she is, she will fight different.
>4+D: Power Style, she will be a little more vulnerable but at the same time she will be stronger AND will increase her strenght when she have low HP AS LONG she is still in that style. DD is basically mega Kick.
>6D: Heal Style: In this she will have more evasive, stun and quick recovering for the sake of recovering her HP, the only letdown, you literally can't hurt the opponent, but if you do it right, you can even recover your HP. Think it as Diavolo and his stand Crimson Works where he predicts the opponent movements, but this time you HAVE to predict it. DD basically make the heal more powerful for a period of time.
>2 or 8 + D: Taste Style. I believe this is more interesting, works like Arakune or Bang or Izayoi with the counters, you have to taste the opponent enough until you can fill the gauge. Either infinite or with time limit. Once filled, you ALWAYS avoid the opponent's drive, kinda like Epitaph from King Crimson. DD is basically Auto Prediction, full Epitaph.
>OV is basically no limit to anything to her Styles and the Break Limit, Kicks!
>AH.... mmmm, let her have a Jam moment, only that instead of restaurant, she thinks about her friends and last her father when doing the last hit with the swords.knifes and kick, while a "Thank you" is being heard, like
JOhnny and Gyro
Sorry for letting my JoJo faggotry letting out
Evidently not. But Mai needs to actually taste the other person, so unless Makoto french-kissed her Mai wouldn't have been able to use her power.
God, the suffering never ends for these two.Noel's the girl in Amaterasu? She and her Mu half split into seperate people? Everybody is coming to kill her possibly Ragna included?
Ragna getting the shit beaten out of him by Nine for no reason other than he shouldn't exist, if he didn't exist none of this would happening.
So basically Ragna and Noel have to be killed for humanities future? Seems like Rachel might of bet on the wrong horses. These two don't have any allies anymore thanks to Nine and Izanami sending people after them.
I know Relius already found Mai and just left her be to observe her, but if Amane found Mai, think he would astral her back into Mai Hazuki for his troop? A male actor who can play a female is very valuable for that type of acting.
giving a lot of hands to other poor bastards
Amane seems to like young boys more. I suppose he could theoretically use his power to turn Mai into one, but I rather doubt this is something that would actually happen.
Of the various cameos that appeared in the story, at least Ragna sympathized with her and decided to help her.
Noel is the real Saya
Rachel is going to be the one BB character who'll actually somehow get permanently killed off
Jin's going to get a happier ending than what he deserves
Ragna will end up with Kokonoe since he's the only one Jubei can trust to give him a strong grandchild
Jubei will never be playable
New playable characters are always shown prominently on the cover of the titles in which they first appear. Makoto, Valk and Plat all appeared quite prominently on the CSII cover and then disappeared.
If Mai is to end up with anyone when the story ends it will be with Taro. He's the dude she's in love with after all and he likes her in return. Shiori is in love with Mai, but she is 100% friendzoned.
Ragna is not a terrorist, he's a freedom fighter.
If you had the chance to get your ideal world would you kill pic related even through she's done nothing wrong?
I would never kill
Ragna will share Drei's fate.
The Xblaze world is pretty different from that of BB. Izayoi is a spear created by an ancient civilization with the ability to seal away its target for example. Sechs and Ragna aren't related. Es might appear since she went into the Boundary and contacted the Master Unit, but I don't see anyone else from Xblaze having something to do with the BB universe.
That would be rather funny if it were true since it would mean that Ragna would have yet another little sister.
Why is Makoto such a good friend compared to Tsubaki? Seriously, she loves Noel so much that her ideal world cannot be realized just because Noel exists in it.
What's wrong with those character bios?
What about this?
There is an anime and multiple manga.
You can find links for the mangas here:
Chimelical Complex is a rather poor adaptation of Calamity Trigger. The manga titled Blazblue was a better adaptation of Calamity Trigger and of Continuum Shift but only the 1st volume was ever scanlated.
Remix Heart is an prequel and original story taking place at the time some of the characters attended a military academy. It can be pretty fanservicey and silly at times, but I enjoyed it. It has more serious moments and action and I enjoyed the main character. She's likable and the series spends a fair bit of time establishing her personality and background and showing how it develops.
I really think it would be better for him to play the story modes of the games rather than to watch the anime. The anime is poorly paced and explains things quite badly.
The story of Calamity Trigger can also be read here:
Indeed they are.
It was nice to see that the cast of Xblaze included a poet as well.
Xrd is all about Ky, Sin and Elph beating the edge out of Sol and basically making him a Tsundere and helping him get over his waifu, only for him to have to kill her in the next game alongside the new waifu.
To those who didn't read Bloodedge Experience it feels weird how out of nowhere there's now this dude looks like Ragna, has powers like Ragna, has a personality like Ragna, has a vampire friend like Ragna, has a sister named Saya like Ragna and is effectively erasing Ragna's existence just by being around.I can see why people don't like him. It feels like he's light novel Ragna
Happy? He looks annoyed in that CG. Jin was always a dick, even when at the academy. In CT Yukianesa made him go batshit crazy, but he was never nice.
Not really, he had a huge stick up his ass at the time. I guess he played the part of the honor student and behaved himself but he was very strict and not at all nice. The only person he showed any warmth towards was Tsubaki. He didn't go kill-crazy more than once while at the academy, but he was still a bit of a dick.
You're under arrest for slander.
If Ludger can't get a happy ending, no way in hell can Ragna get one.
>tfw was just about to post it
Well, I have like 10 more of these I guess.
>Definition of zea
>1 capitalized : a genus of large grasses having broad ribbon-shaped leaves and monoecious flowers of which the staminate forms an ample terminal panicle and the pistillate is in a sessile axillary spike enveloped by numerous bracts — see indian corn
>2 plural : the fresh styles and stigmas of Indian corn formerly used as a diuretic
You have shit taste.
Makoto isn't that low, the difference between them isn't that big, it's after Litchi when we start getting into shitty territory.
Lambda is shit because she's just a recolor of my waifu.
Overdrive freezes the timer and disables enemy burst. They can still activate their own overdrive.

CF added Exceed Accels which are basically a free distortion in overdrive, but it ends OD instantly.
>Better than Makoto
Come on now
>TSUBAKI higher than Makoto
What the honest fuck dude?
>Izanami even being on the list
Stop posting this already
Yeah it was
Mai's lesbian roommate/undercover assassin.
What makes you think that she was ever relevant? She was associated with Taokaka who isn't what you would call a character of central importance.
God I need to remake these, they all look like shit.
It's a homage to HOS Instant Kill
I thought it was possible too
Shiori's family systematically abused her in order to turn her into an assassin and then treated her like a tool instead of a person. Mai read Shiori's memories and was able to empathize with her, since she too was treated harshly by her father and used as a puppet. Mai was thus a kindred spirit to her and the first person Shiori met who honestly cared for her and viewed her as a human being instead of a disposable tool used to kill people.
