So far the interactions from San kind of stayed true on which of the brothers get along best with. Sometimes they change it up yet still manage to hang around one another. Kind of like how Kara and Todo still go fishing despite his pain. Ichi and Jyushi are polar opposite yet still hang out. As for Oso he still seeks out out Choro even if he doesn't get acknowledged. Maybe they will one day focus on this aspect as to why they are not as close.
