We did Act 2, 3 and 4. We have the prologue and Act 1 halfway done but we priorized these one because the other were already translated anyway.
We plan to release all of them once it's done if we have the time to do so. There is also some stuff in Act 2 I wasn't specially proud so that one will definitely be redone in some way once the complete volume is done.

It's a LN made by Narita (Baccano, Durarara) so it writing style fit perfectly with a holy grail war which come necessary with a bunch of character.

The Einzbern summoned Ruler in the third war in the Apocrypha timeline instead of Avenger like in F/SN. Ruler is supposed to be an impartial judge for the war and and among other things get two command seals for each servant in the war to keep them in line and make sure they follow the rules.

Ruler class is a class that's above other classes in some ways, it enforces the rules.
Its a class for saints, which is fitting for guardians of the holy grail. There have been two ruler class servants to date; Joan of Arc, and Amakusa Shirou.

Yes, it'a assemble cast although there is a more high profile 'protagonist' group: Ayaka with Saber (Richard the Lionheart supposedly), Lancer Enkidu (and his wolf golem Master), Tine and Archer Gilgamesh), and Flat (with his Servant Berserker Jack the Ripper, but he's more a main character).
Incidentally, these have already ties established with each other for future cooperation. Flat met Ayaka. Enkidu met Richard.

Its just that his one NP, gives him access to countless other NPs. Just like how UBW in itself is only counted as one NP.

Even just looking at the most basic sort of Noble Phantasm that gets spread around, a single Excaliblast should clear the field of these police officers. I guess maybe those two magic shields are supposed to help shield all of them?
This is the equivalent of taking on a combat mecha with bazooka-armed infantry - yeah, maybe it'll work, but only if the mecha is willing to be drawn into poor conditions. I look forward to seeing them btfo, to be honest.

Fate is a game of territories between clones.
The only way to not be absorbed into someone elses territory, is to create a nation of your own so you can't be easily conquered. If you are a character without clones of your own, or only have one or two clones, you might be conquered by the Saber army and will be forced to become Saber clones.
In order to not become a Saber clone, you need to have your own group of clones. Only if you have a decent number of clones can you be called an individual ironically.
The main factions of clones at the moment are Saber, Sakura, Tamamo, and Shiki.
