how do you consider a series should end?

1. Every surviving member of the cast having a big picnic in the world they helped to save. ~~Spirit of their dead friends watching over them optional.~~
2. MC decides to live the in the fantasy world with the love interest or vice versa
3. Most of story relevant characters die but makes the world ~~briefly~~ a better place
4. Best girl smiling and pregnant
