Honestly I don't want any new FLCL at all. My opinion of the original OVA is pretty absurdly high so I feel like IG trying to replicate the same magic will only end poorly. Everything about Naota's story is perfect and complete to me. There's nothing else to be said about it that I want to hear. For me, the ideal amount of connection between FLCL and whatever new material IG will produce would be something on the level of Diebuster's connection to Gunbuster.
