For stuff like Pretty Rhythm or Jewelpet or Precure it was fine having yearly series with the same names, but Aikatsu is a name that is established over almost 200 episodes as something special, so I think it's ridiculous they are still using the name for the new series, seeing as it's clearly not Aikatsu.

Back when Aikatsu started, it managed to get more popular than Pretty Rhythm because Pretty Rhythm wasn't that popular to begin with, but now, one little girl out of two play PriPara. Do Sunrise and Bamco have enough money to throw at marketing to buy all the ad slots in Akiba?
