I've never read Burst but the original 8 volumes or whatever are really good.

IMPECCABLY choreographed action.

Find me a manga with better gunfights anywhere.

It makes black lagoon look like a joke. the only choreography in black lagoon is two characters have splash panels showing them posing shooting (but not really where they're shooting) and whoever looks cooler and grins more during the exchange wins.

Garbage action.

GSC Burst has got to be one of the worst continuations I've ever read. Fuck Sonoda for his Goldie storyline and how he fucked over Misty in the process. "Magical mind reprogramming drugs with no after effects" my ass.

Retroactively turned my enjoyment of the whole series to ashes. Whenever I tried to reread GSC, I remember the turd it turns into and lose my motivation to revisit it.

Gunsmith Cats started out really strong, but I remember it getting really fucking dumb after a while. The thing with the drugs was retarded.
