Villains don't get to walk around freely after they die. They're either turned into spirits, like Vegeta in Buu saga almost became, or they get trapped in cocoons, like Frieza, likely in a way where they're incapable of actually resisting.

Why has Goku not taught instant transmission to anyone? Is it his signature move or something.
