There's a popular comic on Pixiv that has all the brothers being murdered and their body parts sewn together to make a seventh.

It's implied (by Iyami) that one of the brothers was the murderer and that he rearranged the bodies to make it look like there were six corpses when there were really only five, and that the seventh one running around is the murderer. Iyami thinks the murderer is Osomatsu. The seventh one just claims that there's no way to back that up due to them all having the same DNA.

It's not really what you were saying but that's actually the closest I've seen to a fanmade 7th brother.
