Well basically I use a different font where the raw switches to a different font, and bold where it just goes darker or well, bold.

I only used two fonts here, CC Wild Words for the dialogue and Zap Raygun V2.0 for the screams. It took me roughly 1 minute to typeset - this is pretty fast. When I typeset H-manga, I can easily use more than 7 fonts for the dialogue, screams, captions, thoughts, moans, and so on.
