Medaka was like a reverse JoJo for me:

In JoJo, most fighters have powers that are kinda shit on paper but manage to become OP using tactics, preparations, intelligence and willpower.

In Medaka everyone was OP and whover wins was because they had the stupidest reason or had to fulfill a trope.

Medaka Box was stupid as hell and I had tons of fun reading it
