Yuya would do well against Yugi because most of his cards have genuine synergy with each other (Dark Side of Dimensions might change that though)

If his duel with Yuzu was of any indication, Yuri's deck might have some anti-Fusion properties to it, which would really help against Judai outside of the latter's situational HERO support cards like Feather Shot or Burst Impact.

A duel between Yusei and Yugo could go either way. On even ground, it would be all about timing as their best cards are all about effect negation. Otherwise, it's all about who can get their ace monsters out first. Yusei's have a wide variety of abilities, but most of his higher level monsters would be useless once Clear/Crystal Wing is out. Against Clear Wing, Yusei could use cards like Synchro Striker Unit or Armoury Arm to give his monsters an edge in battle. Against Crystal Wing (which would floodgate the capabilities of even his Tuner monsters and overpower everything else through battle), his only hope would be to use Star Excursion to buy more time or Zero Force to cherry tap Crystal Wing with a weaker monster since none of his Spell or Trap cards actually deal with card destruction (he relies on his monsters for that).

Yuto has barely dueled, but from what we've seen Yuma would probably triumph as his attack negation and damage mitigation style would more-or-less counter Yuto's battle-focused arsenal. Especially if it's the anime version of Dark Rebellion Dragon being used, which would be rather ineffective against Yuma's various Xyz Monsters.

What am I suppose to do about people who use shit like Marshmellon or other cards that can't be destoryed in battle in when I'm playing odd eyes magicians? They don't anything that can get over that. They don't even have monsters that give piercing damage.
