Just enjoy the fucking ride.
I'm not, really. I buy the collected volumes and skim through them for the fanservice and a general idea of where the plot is going. It would be painful as fuck to follow it weekly like you guys do.
I'm so glad I dropped this series after the Soul Society Arc, I just knew Kubo wrote himself in a corner and is now just writing it on the spot as he goes along. The man has no real end game.
I think you posted 2 reasons why I still "read" the manga.
Also, Askin is cool.
That's all Kubo can do anymore: write asspulls until one character's asspull reigns supreme. And make no mistake, this was an asspull of tremendous proportion.
>Kubo said the Arc would be longer than the Arrancar stuff
I JUST WANT IT TO END DAMMIT
This current arc is 178 chapters long and counting. Naruto's final arc was 185
The Sternritter's second invasion (where it really starts to drag), is 111 chapters and counting, longer than any arc in One Piece, Fairy Tail, or Dragonball. And it's on it's way to being longer than HxH's Chimera Ant arc's 132 chapters.
>This current arc is 178 chapters long and counting. Naruto's final arc was 185
And as we all know, if there's any example of a final arc that should be lived up to, it's fucking Naruto's war arc
>Art gets so ugly you can't even enjoy it for the action
>Way too much focus on the worst character
>Final boss in just an Elite mook, who basically never talks.
>Doesn't really "end," as much as it just "stops." It felt like there were two or three chapters missing.
Basically the same problems. Just a matter of preference.
But we've known what he could do for a while now. It's not an asspull, it's just that if you aren't fast enough to kill him with a certain method it becomes null so you have to try something else.

"Second Invasion" arc ended a year ago, we're on the Warwhelt arc a.k.a the Post-Soul King arc. You're an imbecile if you missed this massive transition in tone and setting.
>but it's still the point where the arc pretty much becomes nothing but fights.
I don't understand how this point relates to your original post whatsoever, but okay, sure. Everyone complained about the lack of any major fights during the first half of the year so I'm not really surprised those same people are complaining about "too many fights" in a Battle Shounen.
I didn't get that impression, at least not from /a/; discussion seemed to have been much slower than usual.
Regardless, Mayuri vs. Pernida was worth the wait in my opinion, as was Shunsui vs Lille (even if the second act fell a bit flat), as well as Kira's return. At the very least I can say we've turned the corner in regards to Schultzstaffel fights.
Yes. As much as Kubo wants to continue drawing it or Jump wants to keep making money off of it, Bleach needs a conclusion. And unlike Naruto, no really one gives a shit about Ichigo's half-Hollow children.
The whole premise of his power is that he's every kind of spiritual entity smushed into one body, and being a Vizard ties into that. It'll probably be addressed again when we get more exposition on his DIMENSIONS, shortly after it's revealed that he's actually the Soul King's scrotum.
>Mayuri vs Pernida
I never understood why people get so hard over Mayuris fights, they are literally nothing but ability explaining and when they are explained the abilitys of the enemy are analyzed. After that the procedure repeats itself until the enemy is literally analyzed to death. This usually takes like 10 chapters. Seriously I always found it horrible to read
Have Vizards been specifically been mentioned as a plot point during this arc? No, not really, and we've only seen Mashiro use her mask.
Has Ichigo's hollow power been brought up as a plot point? Yes, in it's entirety. His Hollow has become his new Zanpakuto.
>Mayuri holding a monologue about this and that ability using science mumbo jumbo
yeah sure I see the appeal but he drags the shit out of all those fights, it was like that in the arrancar arc and it got even worse in this arc.
But it wasn't like any other Mayuri fight. Mayuri fights were always boring because he never lost. Even when Uryu had the upper hand he still didn't "lose", because he escaped with his life.
But against Pernida, not only did he rarely ever have the upper hand, and even though he defeated the opponent, he still lost something precious to him. It was "humanizing" for one of the least human-like characters in Bleach.
>So did he get his zanpaktou because of Aizen and Whitey or was it always a part of his blood?
Neither. The whole point of his training with Nimaiya was to point out that Ichigo never started with an Asauchi. Hismask then becomes his new asauchi.
>trash such as
Faggots like you should be banned, shit taste would drop considerably on this board.
>rarely the upper hand
well he was still cocky like 90% of the time
>lost something precious
nah he'll probably just smash that brain into another body
yes, again I see the appeal and this was for a change done pretty well. I still think the fight lasted like two or three chapters to long.
