Like everything: Depends. C;C recieving a PC release means Zero might recieve one too. In that case, it would probably come ut in 2017, meaning a fan-translation would be impending for 2018/19. However, since Zero sold way, WAY better than C;C, they really have no pressing reason to port it to PC. That being said, there's also the counter that it selling so well on consoles could convince them that it would sell really well on PC as well. So, it looks like there's an equal chance of it being ported at the moment. But with all that being said, even if it does not recieve a PC release, Zero is the most likely installment to recieve an official console release at the moment anyway, with PQube's Eng release of S;G doing so fucking well, and them stating they have plans to release more S;G-related titles in the future. It could even be announced this year.

I've skimmed over some reviews of 0 and although I see some people who don't like it, it seems generally favorable. I have yet to read one that considers it better than the prequel, though. Some people seem to be let down due to really high expectations.

Apparently it's got fewer fun scenes and focuses more on the thriller/suspense stuff. What some people don't seem to like is that it takes a more ensemble cast approach, making the characters and story shallower due to the focus moving around from character to character. I guess it's more of a preference thing.

Oh well, I pirated it the other day, so I'll know first-hand how it is soon.

If that's the one I think it is, he's actually an Amadeus AI copy of himself from 2011. That was his grand experiment to see if convergence had wriggle room. By arranging for a situation in which he suffers brain death in 2025 but has a copy of himself rewritten in afterwards he's able to work out that the actual act of dying is irrelevant for convergence as long as he appears to have died an others reacted as if he did. If it was all smooth sailing and there was no time fuckery with worldlines do you think Okabe and Kurisu would've ended up together? I wonder how much of it was caused by her being the only thing Okabe could rely of for a hellish year of subjective time and Kurisu basically getting an emotional feedback loop from prior worldlines.
