The romantization kind of changes, since Taka-Jun did Arturia, but a lot of official ones say Artoria. I just pick whatever sounds better

Arturia is the most accepted name since that's the original translation and the most phonetically pleasant one, so it's pretty much official around here.

It's written as アルトリア so it's closer to Artoria, but it sounds a lot more like Arturia when it's actually spoken.
Preference really.
