Pretty much but I think it looks better than God Eater in terms of visuals but lower on animation.

Still the concept looks interesting for an episode or 2 but it can't sustain itself. This suffers from the Terror of Resonance syndrome of losing all its charm in the beginning and then having no depth after. All the cool shit will be explained in the beginning and the excitement will peak after 1 episode then it will do down and down to mediocrity.
