Every year is different. Why would I keep a quota like this is some kinda job? I don't how many seasonal anime I will enjoy or if some interesting will keep from anime for a while.
Depends on the season and how much I have to do. At my best I watch 20+ shows a season and finish two backlog shows in a week.
I'm currently somewhere between 15-30 episodes on average this fall.
There's a difference between doing 10 episodes in a single day and doing 10 episodes every single day. Just because you CAN average something doesn't mean you actually do. You would burn out pretty quickly if you did your max every day.
This really depends.
When I was 16 I used to lock myself in my room and watch anime the whole fucking week over Christmas holiday free time.
Back in 2005 I played Ragnarok and watched anime I did nothing else the whole 1 month of Christmas break.
I remember my DVD-Rom broke down becaue I watched 40 episodes of it from the DVD thats 13 hours of constant DVD playback from a single DVD.
The laser just gave up and it got so hot when I ejected the DVD it had an air bubble
From then on I copy to HDD. Not that it's relevant anymore my 600 DVD collection is sitting in the attic never to be watched because I watched it all. Pirated naturally.
Now I watched depending on season 1-7 or 15-30 per week.
Yeah there was a point where I was doing 20 episodes a day for a while but I decided to get into some games and read some manga to get some variety in there. That said, my current schedule consists of seasonal anime and one or two shows from my backlog so 10 episodes a day isn't a strech by any means.
Just like him
This is my manga list.
I have at least 3~5 cheaters to read a day.
It's actually frustrating how little there is to read.
I've been in the anime mango shit for well over 15 years now. I started with a 56k modem downloading .rm format anime that was 320×240 and blurry as fuck with horrid hard coded subtitles...
Then came the 64k Cable Modem but it had Flatrate and from onwards there were milestones like, it takes me less then 12 hours to download a 250 MB "Full Quality" episode, it takes me only 6 hours to download it.
The biggest milestone I remember by far was when I realized it takes me as long to download an anime episode as it takes to watch it! That was revolutionary holy fuck only 30 minutes for one episode!
It's in Batato but you can't link lists form batato as far as I know.
A moderate-pace walk 30 minutes a day, five times per week isn't that much to ask, will get you your recommended exercise for longer living and you should end up enjoying it unless you live in the ghetto or Antarctica.
If you're not gonna eat right, at least take a multivitamin and a fiber supplement. You gotta live long to watch more anime, anon.
Well Manga updates that I used for 10 years is still up.
And so is my list there too.
Plus even if it all goes to shit I don't give a fuck.
Literally doing that right now.
I get to go swimming every day because Florida and I don't eat past 9:00 so the 4chan neckbeard stereotype will never catch me.
I speak Croatia/Czech/German and English.
I tried to learn Japanese it was too boring. Not the language it's the writing system. I don't care for 1500 kanji. I write latin like I'm using my foot. I can also understand quite a lot while just watching Raw anime but reading I can't do no thank you.
That exactly what I mean fuck that. Not interested.
I find this statement to be hilarious. What's with all the people that almost boast with their knowledge of multiple languages, even if they are similar to another, but then refuse to learn Japanese because of kanji? How is your existing knowledge important? Especially when you can't even remember kanji?
I boast. I speak all of them pretty damn well. But honestly I don't care about Japanese enough. Theres no one to interact with the reason I know the above is because I can visit these countries, I can play online games with people I can chat.
Japan is 600 Ping away so I can't ever play any real games, I can play Tenhou mahjong at most and I did that it got boring, there no one to talk to about my interests because most Japanese people that want to learn English or German are big normies and I don't do well with sports or any kind of normal things.
So why do I mention it? I think I'm trying to tell you look at all the things I've done and they're done it's easy. Japanese is simply too hard.
I live 70 kilometers from the Hungarian border, I get hungarian TV, my grandfather speaks hungarian, but I never learned it. Why? It's too hard and has very little uses.
