"Learning to draw" is literally just learning the science (light, shape, anatomy etc) behind it so you can apply the art (creativity). If you aren't willing to just grind it out for years then you're always gonna be bad. There are no cheats or short cuts. Draw from life.

One thing you'll notice is that you will probably never be satisfied with what you do. That's just how it works. No one has ever reached the point where they cannot improve anymore.
