In normal circumstances an English translation that gets the idea across is totally fine, but with Nisio-tier wordplay the joke IS the language. And it can only be conveyed as such.

If you want exactly the dialogue the author intended, you literally have no choice but to learn the language and not use a translation.

It's the job of a translator to find a way to adapt dialogue to the target language in a way that keeps the feel of the original. Just leaving half the line untranslated is not translating.
