Now here's a game that really needs a Dynasty Warriors spinoff.
It's a random event if you're not at war with anyone and haven't declared war on Uesugi, Takeda or Hojo. It might be first-game only too, I can't remember.
As perhaps the finest example of the complex moral choice system featured in Sengoku Rance, it gets posted a lot.
if you play your cards right, Ran will leave with Rance instead of Sooun
also, the 4 brothers can steal your female commanders away if you don't build up their trust to maximum
Dunno why the gameplay of Sengoku Rance gets such praise. It was Reload to Scum The Shit Out of the Game: The Game.
And don't tell me you didn't, when the AI assassinated and killed one of your waifus. Because you fucking did.
I didn't even know it was possible to lose someone permanently on normal mode until someone told me. It happens so infrequently.
The only difficult parts of the game come from some of the tougher commander battles.
Which own, incidentally. How often do you get a giant sprawling cast in an RPG where EVERYONE gets a shot at the final boss? It's like a giant 40-vs-1 Royal Rumble.
>this kicks in
That whole OST is so good.
>mfw I heard Advance on v2 for the first time
>You'll never experience the joy of discovering the different houses and the moment when the demon army appears again
I guess I haven't learned how to play the game properly. I got raped by demon army first game then I didn't feel like trying again. And I was kinda save scumming when I lost the battle. I think my team was always way underpowered or my class choises were bad.
I think most people fuck up their first playthrough thinking they have all the time in the world, I know I did. Luckily it has tons of replay value. It's a lot more fun when you start getting a lot of unique commanders.
I can see why Rance basically kills himself when she dies in her bad end
Enjoy getting raped by ogres in return, you brute
