I only watched the GGO arc and onwards of SAO, will anything in Lost Song be lost on me because I didn't watch the first season?

Lost Song is an AU based on the story of Hollow Fragment.
So, unless you played HF, then yes you will be lost, hell 2 of the characters are literally created just for HF and Lost Song.
