Mimi is love forever and always
ONE OF US
ONE OF US
>There's nothing in either Savers or Xros Wars that stands out
That's a lie. Xros Wars stands out like crazy. In fact it stands out probably too much. There's very little you can say about Xros Wars every episode that you can't say "hey, x is happening, that's pretty weird". Focusing on Digimon over the humans is the biggest. There's so much different about Xros despite still having references to earlier shows that I can't believe "it doesn't stand out" is even a possible opinion
As for Savers, I think Masaru punching Digimon is more than enough to make it stand out. It didn't have strong character arcs but it did have a constantly escalating story complete with Royal Knights
We need a webm with subs of this whole scene
I think it depends in what you're looking at in terms of Digimon.
If you like an actual adventure and feeling like a 10 year old again, it'd be Adventure but if you like Digimon for lore and characters, you'd probably pick Tamers.
I think it sticks out the most that those two will usually be debated as which is the best
Both are nostalgia. There's just two years apart between both seasons, so both of them are equally guilty of nostalgia and people usually can't see beyond them and diss latter seasons due nostalgia googles.
Savers had shitty early episodes but once the plot kicks in it's quite good. Also Kurata is a great villain.
The characters are a manual on shounen tropes but they are executed well and grow on you.
Savers isn't great but it's a good season overall.
>and people usually can't see beyond them and diss latter seasons due nostalgia googles.
Also it's very likely people have not actually seen them and maybe watched a few dub clips here and there.
I rewatched both recently and while I really like Adventure, Tamers is better written in my opinion. Both (or most Digimon series in fact except maybe 02 but after the first 30 episodes it goes full shit) suffer from the same thing: really fucking slow beginning.
Tamers end boss was way better than Adventure end boss, but Dark Masters was a fun arc to watch and lead to a lot of development to the kids.
>not acknowledging Sora for being the best girl out of all of the adventure girls.
Also I'd never even dare date a girl like Mimi, her attitude seems like she'd eat you out of your house. High-maintenance girls such as her are to be avoided at all costs, just as much as girls like Hikari are.
>Tamers end boss was way better than Adventure end boss
Honestly I don't think either of them had good end bosses. They had good last episodes but the final boss for both kind of sucked.
My favorite final boss was Yggdrasil personally
> There's very little you can say about Xros Wars every episode that you can't say "hey, x is happening, that's pretty weird".
It's incredibly mundane as far as the franchise is concerned
>Focusing on Digimon over the humans is the biggest.
Yet the Digimon in Xros Wars are incredibly uninteresting
>As for Savers, I think Masaru punching Digimon is more than enough to make it stand out
It's not. It's just a stupid meme
>but it did have a constantly escalating story complete with Royal Knights
Which wasn't good and mostly boring
>but once the plot kicks in it's quite good
Not really its just largely dull.
> Also Kurata is a great villain.
People hyped him so much yet he just came off as an edgefag who was incredibly one-dimensional.
>The characters are a manual on shounen tropes but they are executed well and grow on you.
I honestly could not give a shit about any of the characters in Savers.
>I think Masaru punching Digimon is more than enough to make it stand out
As the worst Digimon series.
You know what's really on point? The dub voice for Palmon. It's like really fucking accurate to the scratchy voice her original voice actress had. Dubs back then tended to avoid weird verbal traits that came like that
>V-pet for Android:
>V-pet for PC:
>Digimon Adventure Special Drama CD:
>Misadventures of Ryo and Millenniumon:
Post your damn Digimon
>Yep but fucking Tamerfags are crazy
An Adventurefag, who's only argument in regards to why its better because it came first and refusing to watching anything else, is saying this.
Yeah. I think Tamers is good and all, but the tamerfags treats it like it is the holy grail, are very vocal about their obsession with it and treats everybody who doesn't rate it as the best season like tasteless trolls. Good season, terrible fans
the only Gotsumon evo line that i consider canon.
>Apocolamon comes out of nowhere and is only remembered for a dub line
>Yggdrasil comes out of no where and is boring as shit
>D-Reaper is built up throughout the series and there's an actual personal confrontation in stopping it as oppose to the others and it takes the efforts of the entire case to take it out
I want to be in a threesome with Hikari and Mimi.
>s treats it like it is the holy grail, are very vocal about their obsession with it and treats everybody who doesn't rate it as the best season like tasteless trolls.
You just described Adventurefags, Saverfags and Xrosfags
For a moment there, that dog looked like a salamon.
Savers is just meh, it has the weakest characterization in the franchise and the plot is incredibly straightforward but its not as offensive as 02 and Xros Wars which outright drop plotlines at whim.
Maybe, they tend to get almost as defensive as tamerfags
I don't remember seeing anyone who considered them the pinnacle of everything digimon related
Ranamon is dogshit though. Every scene with her drags oooon and ooooon. At one point I wanted her killed off just so the series can actually move anywhere without everyone tripping over themselves to be as retarded as possible for her. She's an eyesore.
I don't think I've seen any other Xros Wars fans say it was the best season ever just that it wasn't a bad series at all. Even at the peak of its popularity on /m/, people still rated it below Adventure and Tamers. Xros has a lot of story problems preventing it from being the best.
Savers literally has never been called the best because a lot of its appeal rides on nostalgia from Adventure. I've heard people say Masaru is the best gogglehead though which is completely wrong
>I don't remember seeing anyone who considered them the pinnacle of everything digimon related
There's literally people who think Masaru is the best protagonist because of a stupid meme
Frontier is frustrating to no end, rewatching that was only making me angry. Imagine the frustration of when Taichi and Yamato were the ones who got most shit done, then multiply that by 100000000x and make everyone else completely and utterly useless. These are Takuya and Kouji for you, except that they managed to be bland, unlike Taichi and Yamato most of the times.
02 and Hunters are the only entries that can be considered offensively bad and do practically nothing right except for maybe one thing (For 02 its Ken, for Hunters its...I don't know, Arresterdramon was cool I guess)
>Ranamon is dogshit though
YOU TAKE THAT BACK MOTHERFUCKER! RANAMON IS LOVE
That's not saying Savers is the best series though
Mimi is really really fucking annoying in the dub and I hated her as a kid
When I grew up and watched it subbed, I realized she was actually the best girl in the show and a lot of things that annoyed me about her were mainly made up in the english dub
Why ia it ao hard to find a girl like Hikari in this life?
She's a shallow narcissistic slut
and that's part of why I love herbut it's easy to see why people wouldn't like her.
>who considered them the pinnacle of everything digimon related
Why do you guys believe this franchise is the epitome of quality entertainment? Its mostly meh with a few standouts (Digimon Adventure (movie) Our War Game, Adventure, Tamers, etc.)
I agree, Savers characters are its biggest issue.
Masaru and Thomas are literal superhumans who don't change much. But at least they have a backstory and hype moments.
Ikuto is interesting at first but his identity issues drag on for too long.
Yoshino is a non-entity and is reduced to being the girl.
The rest of DATS is unbelievably irrelevant.
Speaking of loose adaptations, will Tri be getting its own manga, like Xros Wars?
>magine the frustration of when Taichi and Yamato were the ones who got most shit done, then multiply that by 100000000x and make everyone else completely and utterly useless. These are Takuya and Kouji for you,
To be fair, that's only a thing until the Royal Knights arc. I mean even before that, things were starting to get bland but the other kids still got screentime
It starts out "weird but okay" and then become shit. Really really shit.
Has a good final episode though
She annoyed me as hell when I was a kid but when I rewatched Adventure I ended up liking her a lot. She wasn't very useful in the fighting department like Sora or Hikari (talking about female chosen kids) but her development was solid and she was all around fun to watch.
Yes, it's a perfectly healthy feeling.
>mfw i remember this crack-filled Taishiro "sub" existed
and it was surprisingly amusing gonna go rewatch it now that we're being deprived of Taishiro in favor of soon-to-be-sunk Koumi
Up until the Royal Knights arc, where everyone but the leader and lone wolf become irrelevant, including the guy that was introduced about five episodes ago.
Just finished watching. Taichi's hesitation conflict was drawn out too fucking long and it made no sense considering all the shit he's been through.
I don't know. All the characters just seem like hallow shells. I'm kinda disappointed.
Clearly you weren't here when Nade-Nade was happening. Digimon fans run rampant on /a/. There just hasn't been a series or anything to talk about.
I guarantee if we had a series, we'd be having bigger threads than Precure generals
Never watch a dub for Digimon if you're american. Never.
Frontier is slow and bland, but has one of the best opening songs. Just like 02 is plain bad after the first arc, Break Up is still my favorite evolution song up to this day.
Does Toei have the guts to make Taito canon?
Nah, it was the part after the fight.
The rushed teary goodbye, the digital world being closed off forever and then giving up the power of their digivices to resuscitate Kouichi just drives home more the finality.
The fujo bait was really fucking strong with this one, but sadly if they make Sora's conflict about choosing one of them then no, they won't have the guts.
Which is funny because Taichi and Yamato have more connection together than they'll ever have with her.
What if 02 had the season 1 cast doing everything that the 02 cast did and the 02 cast never existed? Would that have been received better?
Taichi still gets keked. :^)
I wish they had but the best thing we can hope for is an ambiguous open ending.
>Is Frontier any good?
Thomas was fine but he's just boring. Masaru was a really shitty leader with a near Goku level of self reliance to the point where I was wondering why does anyone need to be there? I mean the franchise love for the hero and lancer trope is annoying and I'm glad Tamers and Savers did away with it by having everyone get the same amount of powerups by Masaru was just way too competent.
Yeah Yoshino is really one of the worst female leads in the franchise next to Nene. She's just nothing.
So yeah Savers ain't bad but not good, kinda in the middle of the road as far as Digimon series goes but worth a watch.
A bit better because at least Adventure kids had personality, while 02 kids personality were all over the place except Ken and Daisuke with his Goku/Luffy syndrome.
The script still would be shit.
They didn't even have to show a corpse here. Just show someone injured by rubble or something and Taichi goes back and sees they're being helped afterwards. Death scene averted for kids, and Taichi can still get reasonably worried about collateral damage.
Mimi has been a semen demon since 2002.
>Taichi and Yamato have more connection together than they'll ever have with her
And they make it so blatant, too. Sora is pretty much useless despite constantly trying to help the two of them. I still hope this whole "love triangle" business will just end in Sora not getting together with any of them, it would make the most sense pandering-wise because it would appease every group of shippers.
I'd like to say Frontier is actually sort of okay if you can get used to it not having partner Digimon (which definitely hurts it in the long run). It does have some cool Digimon designs and its take on Digimon lore is good too. It even has a full time actual adventure which was really missing from the franchise. Also the OST is fucking godly
It's just that it becomes really clear the writers like Kouji a LOT and since Kouji isn't the main character, Takuya is included (Takuya has some great solo episodes on that note. Remember when he became Ardamon?). The other kids start out as about as relevant as them and then get solely pushed to the side and this is Frontier's biggest fault is that they've unfortunately made this story that could easily include the other kids but somehow forgot they had to actually do things too. The story turns to dogshit too in general.
The other kids actually have Fusion Evolutions too. It pissed me off they were never used in show
we are xros heart is superior in every way
and the X7 version is hype incarnate
Wait until someone posts her pajamas from the Lilymon intro.
Yes but it was after I watched Tamers. They were so bland and boring. I couldn't finish them because they were bad.
In think I followed until maybe the one after Tamers and couldn't finish it. And I remember trying the one where they Mae rookies able to fight megastar and I couldn't watch that either because I know what happens if a rookie actually tries to fight a royal knights level digimon
they are trapped in a time loopbecause Meiko is Homura? it'd make sense if they only just start remembering the 02 cast later on. remember how Kyon had to realize they were stuck in a time loop to break out of it?
Oh and here's something really funny, did you guys know Kouji was voiced by Kamiyan? It's one of his earliest and most popular roles. It explains everything
So thanks a lot Arararararagi for having such a handsome voice that you also fucked it up
>Not One Vision
>Not The Last Element
>Not We Are Xros Heart
I'm not even going to mention Brave Heart as everybody knows it's the best
Savers and Xros are worth finishing. Frontier just gets worse over time
>setting up Taichi and Meiko
>the whole "set up" consisted of one scene of them looking at each other
By that logic you could claim they were also "setting up" Meiko and Yamato because of the scene in pic related. Digimon has always been ambiguous with ships after the Sorato disaster in 02, so nobody getting together with anyone is a possibility.
Savers was an adequate season with a few cool moments but that will not pass to greatness like Adventure or Tamers.
Maybe is Thomas had been convinced for real to join Kurata and that that could maybe trigger development for him, Masaru and Yoshino it could have been better.
Reminder that Mimi canonically witnessed 9/11 first hand.
>Now, settled in New York City, Mimi describes her experiences there through a video mail. She says that she has made a lot of friends in her school. Then she starts to talk about Native American tribes, and how they had totem poles that protected them, which is similar to the shugorei in Japan. She also wonders if Digimon were actually around before the creation of the computer network perhaps in the form of totem poles. Then, she describes her experiences with the September 11, 2001 attacks. And that she met other DigiDestined helping to clear away the rubble. She says that she was helping by carrying away the injured, also by cooking with her mother for the rescuers.
Meiko isn't blushing or having a "meet cute" moment with Yamato in class. Nor did she have a scene where Taichi immediately runs into her on the street after having a disappointing conversation with Sora.
>"I admit, I will be very annoyed and disappointed if Meiko ends up with Taichi. They do not suit each other at all and deserve better."
There is already butthurt in meiko mochizuki tag on tumblr
Meiko is that OC made by a fan and had a way with the most popular males; Taichi, Takeru and Yamato, especially Takeru and Taichi. So far shes the Mari of Adventure.
There's no "set up" for anythng.
No. I have a rule. I only watch the anime I consider the highest quality or the best ones of the season.
I don't put my self through the torture of completing anime just to say I finished arbitrary number of anime.
That said I do finish some as guilty pleasures but I have to enjoy some aspect of it.
>Digimon has always been ambiguous with ships after the Sorato disaster in 02
They never acknowledged any ships in Digimon after 02 but they still teased it. Takato really liked Juri (and had some tease with Ruki at some points), Junpei liked Izumi who sort of liked Takuya and Xros had Taiki and Akari as well as Kiriha and Nene (who was crushed on by Zenjirou as well) who actually did look like they become a thing by Hunters.
Xrox even had the first confirmed Digimon pairing in Stingmon and Lilamon. I think Bastemon liked Taiki too
>that #38 on Sora's sweater
>02's infamous Christmas episode was the 38th of that series
>so was the one with the hand holding for Adventure, see >>133820360
But then you can't really rank them objectively if you haven't finished them right? You should just say you didn't like them.
I mean I fucking hate 02 but I at least watched all of it so I can make an informed opinion of what went wrong with it and why its the worst
A useless bitch from the new Evangelion movies. Out of nowhere, got awesome Evas and slammed her tits on Shinji's face. She has no personality nor character and there's like two movies with her.
tl;dr a shit character, basically a sue OC.
Oh and shit I forgot Beelzebumon and Mervamon in Xros too
>So far shes the Mari of Adventure.
Except unlike Mari who became a literally nothing, it's pretty obvious Meicoomon has something to do with the actual plot already from part 1
>They never acknowledged any ships in Digimon after 02 but they still teased it
That's what I meant, they never went further than teasing after how much people were pissed off by the 02 ending. Xros Wars had some major ship teasing, too, but they never actually made anything canon.
I thought Frontier was okay till the part where the kids face Cherubimon. After that it went total shit. I really hated how only Takuya and Koji were the only useful characters while the others went as useless background characters.
Right but teasing isn't "ambiguous". Ambiguous would be wondering "oh did the writers mean to make this seem like they were into each other" which is literally the opposite of teasing
Hackmon is there too though and will probably be interacting with the kids sooner or later. Is he too OC for you too?
I have to admit just calling a new Digimon too OC when this franchise is based around making new monsters is a little silly
>...I liked Dub Mimi
No you didn't.
Dub Mimi is literal shit. I mean the worst kind of character. She's that idiot 90s cheerleader type that was all the rage in western cartoons
>when Tai and Kari's Mom actually said "ara ara".
What is the best Digimon movie?
Sub Mimi is a ditz who has to learn to not be a ditz. Dub Mimi is a complete spoiled brat who for some reason won't stop talking about being fashionable, like that is literally her single character trait.
I can give an easy early example from once when the kids were walking in the desert, Mimi gives Palmon her hat for no reason other than so she can be in the shade. In the dub, she gives it to her to be fashionable or something
Because I actually tried watching them and couldn't stomach them. I only like good anime because I have superior taste. That means if I don't like it then it's likely to be a subpar anime.
Everyone knows that Tamers is the best.
Taichi needs some training to start punching Ultimate-level Digimon.
If Meiko replaced Miyako she could be paired up with Hikari while Takeru is paired up with Ken.
They won't have to worry about edgy Ken because Takeru can keep in line. Taichi can be with Yamato, Mimi with Koushiro and Jo with his girlfriend.
Anyone have a better scan of Hikari and Takeru cheering for their oniichans? What was the context of this picture?
I don't think she'd ever be a sub, anon.
But on the actual topic, sub Mimi is a sweet girl who is kind to everyone but her eccentric behaviour means she gets wrapped up in herself far too much sometimes and acts selfish. She doesn't intend to be selfish, it's just how she was brought up by her overprotective parents.
Dub Mimi is a dense spoilt rotten bitch obsessed with herself and fashion.
Once you get to episode 25 and her first breakdown following her "dethroning" as the Gekomon Process, then the dub's forced to reduce her bitchiness.
That post in question: http://fuzzleyan.tumblr.com/post/75744269804/on-the-digimon-characters-and-characterization-in
Koushiro was also badly butchered by Saban as Izzy.
They even made them look like a gay couple in that epilogue everyone hated so much.
Digimon has never really died. It has a pretty big underground fanbase.
The Nade-Nade experiment Toei did should prove that.
I think it stayed alive because people really like the Digimon shows (at least 2 maybe 3 or 4 of them) a lot as actual shows, not just for merchandising
by that logic, sora with Joe, and Mimi with Koushiro also looks like couples.
just search the tag Meiko Mochizuki on tumblr. pic related
you know, I hate Yamato but I had to hand it to him for diving in to rescue Meiko like that when no one else would/could. I might have shipped it if there was actually something there, but we all know Sorato would still happen anyway, so it'd still be a sunk ship. Fortunately or unfortunately.
she is always winning about shipping. She is a sasusaku shipper and her reaction Naruto Gaiden was hilarious. She is also a assblasted pokeshipper and other shipping drama.
Back in the day I thought they were pretty even. Though I do remember one part of Digimon - I don't know if it was a spinoff show or something - that was way better than everything else. You know, it was the one with the red dinosaur Digimon and that giant yellow fox one.
While it never died it never really became as big as it once was after Zero Two and is now tredging on nostalgia like DBZ, Saint Seiya, etc. Xros Wars underperformed in Japan and outright bombed in the US and tri is mainly focused on getting back the people who grew up with Adventure, it'll probably never be a long-running franchise with a new installment every year like Precure again but its far from dead especially with new games coming out/
Damn right she is.
Shippers are one thing, they've always been here and can't really be avoided. But typing like you're on tumblr while complaining about what tumblr users write on their tumblrs does not belong in /a/ threads.
There was a tumblr post of the second movie image, and it linked to a thread on /a/. Maybe tumblrfags got the impression that they were welcome here, because the shitposting seems worse than usual.
I thought we were the worst kind of people.
2/2 please tell me I wasn't the only one who noticed the similarities in this scene with how they flash their important items introducing themselves as a new member of the team
Wasn't that the one with the giant fucking eye? Oh the memories.
It's true that Soratofags will ship two people that barely even interacted yet because they think they're "supposed" to ship them? Wait, now that I think about it, it actually makes sense, nevermind.
>mfw I am a huge Taiorafag but I'm fine with Taichi ending up with Meiko
>It's true that Soratofags will ship two people that barely even interacted yet because they think they're "supposed" to ship them?
Just like Taoirafags shipped Yamato and Mimi :^)
>yfw last OVA is all about Taichi and Meiko.
>dem cracked glasses too
>I doubt all Taiorafags shipped that
Plenty of them did because they shipped Taiora and Takari so they HAD to ship Yamato and Mimi even if it didn't make sense. At least they aren't as bad as Pokemon fans.
>He was clearly feeling lonely since the start of the movie.
He wasn't lonely, he was just sad everybody couldn't see his soccer game because they all had shit to do. It's clear he still talks to them
thanks tumblr for this other comparison
No, Anon. He feels he's slowly drifting away from his friends. You don't always just have a disagreement and fall out with your friends. Sometimes you just go on with your separate lives and slowly stop talking because there's not much you're sharing anymore. He's growing up. He's caring a lot more about collateral damage and people's lives than he did in Adventure.
Because first of all, it's not actually called Adventure 01 and second of all, the 02 part was officially called that because it took place in 2002, it just also serves a double meaning
>implying the future ending hasn't been retconned
the fact that Sora/Yamato is not a thing yet and people are no longer aware of digimon kind of indicates that they are not too slavishly sticking with what 02 has established.
>you will never confess your love for lillymon while Mimi records the whole thing on her in secret
But, what if the climax of the unavoidable "Taichi+chosen vs Meiko" battle is just like that cheesy, but epic moment from G-Gundam?? With Love Love Sekiha Tenkyouken and all that shit??
Doesn't hurt that Meiko is totally cute.
>feeling lost because everything's changing means you need a gf
>she moved next to him and looked at him once, this means they're made for each other
>there could be no way they'd introduce a new character other than for shipping faggotory
What the fuck is wrong with you people?
I thought they'd screw up Sora, but I legit like this "bad things happen to me Sora".
I did crappy and quick fanart of Tri
Taichi at least has justifiable PTSD after seeing the shit wrecked by Kuwagamon. Even though it's weaksauce.
Sora's entire character has been reduced to which cock she wants to suck.
Even Yamato is better than her.
She should be gangraped by a pack of digimon and left psychologically broken.
You must live in a basement if you don't see how getting to know new people can help him relieve those feelings. The fact that Meiko's a cute girl is a plus, but that's not the point.
What happened with the Digimon Adventure 02 cast? Also, Adventure 02 ending was better than this stupid new movie.
Holy fuck, Alphamon not even talked like a bad ass, I saw better epic fights in Xros Wars or in the X-Evolution movie.
/co/ please go back to your board you cancerous fucks
I don't care about what tumblr thinks and neither does anyone else with a functioning brain
I sure love how no one in this thread is actually discussing the movie outside of fucking shipping.
>You know I think for Taichi, Sora is always going to be the most important person in his life, and for Sora, Taichi is always going to be the most important person in her life.
And they’re never going to realize it’s weird to drop everything if the other needs them, even if they end up marrying someone else and have children or whatever.
This is what Taoirafags actually believe
Some people think he's crying all night because of Sora and all his loneliness is because of that, not because of his friends or anything. Stupid shippers as usual.
Getting in touch with his old friends again is already helping him a bit, even if it's times of trouble. I hope the girl have important interactions with all of the cast and not only with Taichi. Making a character just so Taichi won't end up alone is a pretty bad move, script wise.
Reminder, the main reason he was feeling lonely is because was losing contact with his friends.
Taichi is apparently more mature than his friends and the first who's going to become a precocious adult, so he's felling like the odd one bc his "friends" are just enjoying their teenage days.
Given Meiko's description (honour student from a very poor small city from southwest Japan, shy, but brave), she will be most likely his escape way for his loneliness because she is, apparently, more mature than most of the Adventure cast, too.
Yes, it can help, but the fact that people are already taking that pairing for granted when they didn't even properly interact yet is just retarded as fuck. The second movie could reveal Meiko actually moved in with her boyfriend, for all we know.
we all know what the most superior ship is.
come back when your ship gets more official art.
>Why hasn't anyone noticed the 02 kids are missing?
Why is everyone so fixated on this?
It's not like they were the best of friends, and in 3 years (2 if tri takes Diablomon's Counterattack as canon, which I doubt), it's perfectly understandable for people to drift apart and lose contact.
Yamato is probably feeling letdown what with the concert shit too.
Jou is flunking his classes and apparently can't deal with his responsibilities very well anymore.
I don't know about the rest of the cast but we will get plenty of "growing up", I'm sure.
She did remind me a bit of Hina from Buddy Complex.
Sora is old and busted, Meiko is the new hotness, a mimi is fine too
>Happens a lot around here
It only happens in the cancerous fanbases like Naruto, SnK and the worse kinds of Digimon threads like this one. What a surprise it's filled with Narutofags.
Taichi and Sora, Kosuhiro and Mimi, Hikari and Takeru
As a kid I only watched 02 because I wanted to see more of the original kids (I hugely disliked the 02 kids except for Ken later on) and the only thing I got was despair and rage.
I hope everything is cleared at the end of these movies, I don't have much faith for Taiora at this point, but what I also highly disliked about 02 was that Taichi, "the" leader, was very irrelevant and ended up with no clear pairing, so I'm happy if he gets Meiko, he deserves it.
I wonder if we'll see it. Plenty of space for Digimon to fight and nary an innocent cell phone in sight.
Then why are Sora and Yamato not dating anymore even though they should be after 02?
So far only Taichi, Yamato, Jou and maybe Meiko seem to have a conflict already set up.
The others are pretty well established character wise, so I'm finding a bit weird why Mimi is in the same poster with Jou in the second movie, maybe she'll help him to find his place? he helped her like that when they were kids.
Anyway, the hype for Vikemon and Rosemon is great.
/co/ had their own thread, though it died, it had none of this. Shipping shit has long been an /a/ Digimon thread thing, and all the tumblr shit is just average these days.
