Yes, the manga was a lot better without the random fillers the anime shoved in. That whole stupid Yamamoto chasing Yoshino scene in the second episode was so annoying and made Yoshino out to be a lot weaker and less scary than he was. In the manga he beat the shit out of her right away and scared her like mad.

I like the author's new manga much better. This went 2deep4u and became more of a headache to read than anything else.
