The way I see it, the only reason the Sea King invaded to begin with was because he is confident of taking on the Sky King if he needed to. And the Sky King showed up later because he knows the Sea King is dead.

Well the Subterranean King attacked because he was desperate. If what they said in the story was true, they only invaded the surface because they were over-populated and needed to expand.
IMO Sea King couldn't kill both of the others at the same time, but he could take out Sky King if Subterranean King was already out of the way.

It's not really hard to see that if you followed the serie. In top condition Tats would have foddered Golden Sperm like Garou did, who is equivalent to Boros. She also has shown no power limit aside from the Saitama's part, and she was still damaged because of Psykos' cheap trick.
Both Boros and Garou can be safely considered at the level beyond dragon, so God, seeing how the difference of power is as large as between a demon and dragon, or tiger and demon. Tats already showed she has what it got to be on this tier as well. At best, she's a bit weaker, but they're roughly on the same tier.
