He would give you things, but he's not giving you whatever you want without question. He's not going to give you the deaths of everyone on the planet, he won't give you infinite riches, he won't give you infinite adultery. Jesus is more about saving your soul rather than just giving you a short term happiness that steals from you more in the long-run. Also the whole "Do not pile up material possessions on Earth".

You could summon demi-gods from the start; you just can't summon full divine things, as they are beyond the Throne. Half of the 5th war is demi-divine beings if you remember at all.

However, a fully divine thing, they aren't in the throne, this is the reason you can't summon them. A human heroic spirit cannot help be recorded if they were famous(except Arthur), but a divine spirit cannot be held subject to the throne of records, they are free roaming. Its kind of a similar situation as Arthur not being in the throne.

Medusa used to be divine, but after she became a monster it reduced her down to just being a monster, as she lost basically all traces of her original self.

She's just a shadow of what she once was.

If a fully divine thing was ever summoned, its because they specifically co-opted the summoning because they wanted to be summoned by force.

If he was in fact, "really" just a wise person or partially divine and partially human, (sort of the implication according to some) he could be.

The thing is, he's either an aspect of one of the preeminent ideas of "God" in the world, a lesser, but still basically divine "subgod" to the supreme God, or in some other way beyond the Grail.

The idea that he's something other than the Catholic or Christian idea of the Trinity, which makes him fully divine, wouldn't be right here. Also being connected to the biggest living divine spirit in existence makes him no small thing either, also since he is that same divine spirit.

If he was to be summoned, he would have to want to be summoned. Even then he probably wouldn't since he promised the next time he came back to Earth he'd have to basically raze everything. Its not yet time for that just yet.
